This "employee" is clearly unhappy with his job. I am not the only person who has noticed his behavior. It was only after several more minutes that this particular employee peered through a piece of cardboard he had propped up in the take-out window (apparently to block customers from getting his attention or disturbing him while he was on a phone) and proceeded to stare at them.
