WOW I have never left a review on yelp because I've never cared enough to- but I hope the manager sees this and fires the guy employee working on June 5, 2026 around noon. The guy was literally the RUDEST customer service employee I have ever experienced. On his phone while taking out order- didn't answer a single question for us and said "read the menu" with attitude. Refused to accommodate and dairy allergy and was so rude about it when we tried to understand just how to substitute a protein. The most attitude I've ever experienced. Horrifying and shouldn't be employed there. As someone who has spent plenty of time working in customer service this was a next level exposure to a terrible level of such. I walked out after the treatment worsened and continued while letting the guy know hey "this was some terrible customer service". He was still on his phone and just laughed. There was a woman outside with her son who had ordered previous to us and said we thought the same thing and will never come back based on how rude he was! She told her son to never be like that guy lol. Validating as I've never been made to feel this way by someone in customer services. I'll never be back- never giving my business to a business who doesn't value how their employees treat customers. 100% thumbs down don't go in there if this guy is still working.
