I again repeated my situation and this young lady just shrugged and told me to wait. I then waited for about 10-15 minutes (way too long) for an awful tasting "tonic". Fool me once, shame on you. He immediately became defensive and was arguing with us essentially and just didn't want to give us a new one even though we didn't touch it at all. The beans tossed on top of them were not. Bread and salad were boring. The soup was hot and tasty, though. That was the last we saw the server until we requested the check. That took another 10 minutes or so. We had parked right across the street. Coffee, soup and one plate of meh eggs later, we had 16 minutes left on the two-hour meter. Do the math on that quick lunch. We ordered anyway because we really wanted an açai bowl. Food prep seemed slow despite the lack of customers. Presentation was good. Portion size was decent. Our bowl was very tasty however the protein powder didn't seem to be fully mixed in. Our bowl had clumps of white powder. We may try this Oakberry again. Hopefully, next time around will be better.

I paid, because that's not the issue--but being treated dismissively and feeling misled is. Pricing should be consistent and clearly communicated, and customers shouldn't feel like they're being taken advantage of for asking reasonable questions.
