Such a cute little spot in the courtyard of an office building! Lots of cute spaces to sit and they have so many drink specials I wanted to try them all. Whenever I see chagaccino on a menu, I have to get it! I also got a ham & cheese croissant which was sooo good warmed up. I just wanted a bite but I ended up eating most of it in the car! Lots of street parking available (most hours you have to pay). The woman working there was sooo sweet & if I lived nearer, I'd come here more often!

Had to leave a review for this spot. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Every single one of them was funny and charming. They made the experience great. I love that it's tucked away in the courtyard. it feel like a little oasis. I had a dirty chai and the mango lassi bowl and it was delicious. Hit recommend. Will be back.

I love Cafe Ruisseau BH. The coffee is really good, and the people who work there are such sweeties. This morning, they surprised me with a smiley face in my latte art. Tysm, you guys. See you tomorrow.

Waited 10 minutes inside and nobody ever came out of the back rooms...? One person came out and totally ignored us

Drinks: We've tried the Strawberry Matcha, Black Sesame Latte, Corn Latte, Mango Sticky Rice Cream Tea, and Green Matcha Cream Top. A lot of cafes may do matcha, coffee, or tea particularly well, but Series A is one of the few spots where I think they excel at all three. My personal favorites are the Corn Latte and Mango Sticky Rice Cream Tea. Service: They push out orders really fast, even when the cafe is busy. Seating: There's a good amount of seating inside, but it's almost always full. A lot of people come here to study, so tables don't necessarily open up quickly. There are also quite a few solo customers at the larger tables, so you may have to wait around a little for a spot. Parking: The parking lot is small but actually a decent size for LA. It's usually packed, but people are constantly coming and going, so we've been able to find an opening. Series A is easily one of my favorite cafes in LA. Between the variety and how consistently good the drinks are, there's always something worth coming back for.

very good matcha spot!…read more strawberry matcha: not too sweet not too bitter. perfect ratio of everything. subbed for almond milk. very tasty! the match isn't as rich here though. mango sticky rice cream tea: 10/10. I'm not the type to get new flavors but THIS IS A MUST GET. creamy but very refreshing. service: Nice workers. ambiance: Small coffee shop, curated menu, some sitting spots. not really for studying more so for casual chats. very open in there

It's so refreshing & the perfect amount of sweetness, not overly sugary at all. The coconut, mango, & sago all pair so well together & I love how fresh this tasted, like you could really taste real fruit & not just syrup. They also have mango & coconut jelly in it, which was delicious & added such a nice chew. All the textures in the drink are so fun too, it honestly feels like a dance party in your mouth in the best way, from the sago to the jelly to the slush itself. The mango is also so sweet & ripe, & the portion size is huge. This drink has gone super viral & I can definitely see why. This place normally has a very long line, sometimes the wait can be 45 minutes, especially if you go during peak hours. I'd suggest ordering ahead, they have a HeyTea app which is so helpful for that. The location itself is really nice though, I like to walk around Rodeo while I wait for my order. This was actually their first West Coast location in the US too, so it makes sense why it's been so packed. Instagram: @hungrytamale

Once it was our turn to order, we were told that the boba was t ready and wouldn't be until about an hour later. We we t around 11am, so you may want to call to make sure they have boba if you are coming from a distance. Anyway, since we work down the street, we decided to go back when the boba was ready and get a few drinks. Our order consisted of the loud matcha latte, a match cheese milk tea, and a supreme brown sugar boba, which was my order. Overall, it wasn't the best milk tea boba I had but the boba's were very warm and soft. It was a hot day and I noticed my drink was a little warm too. I was going to add more ice to my drink because there wasn't very much ice in it. It was also creamy with some froth or something. It wasn't bad but it was a little different than what I am used to and I go to a lot of boba spots. I will probably go back to try their fruit teas but the milk teas were a little unusual to me. The bar is high!…read more Took my little girl for her 9th birthday for her first high tea experience. This establishment exceeded our expectations. We were seated promptly and the wait staff was so kind, patient and made us feel special. The live harpist and the wide variety of teas stood out. They offered a kids tea experience that offered apple cider and tea cakes and sandwiches that are more geared towards simplicity. The adult towers were excellent and the champagne and caviar were a perfect pair. My daughter enjoyed her complimentary cake and the whole living room applauded and helped sing happy birthday which was so sweet. Can't wait to return.

They seated us right away for our reservation. My mom and I love high tea. We try a new place about twice a year. This place is stunning. The food is okay. I appreciated that my mom and I each had our own stand since most places do two of everything and place on one stand. The tea was good. It is a bit pricey - $135 per person for afternoon tea, an additional $65 per person for unlimited champagne. My mom & I both had the afternoon tea, she treated herself with the unlimited champagne and a $24 caviar bite which was so small, I would consider it half a bite. It was still worth a cute picture and my mom said it was delicious. The tip was included in our bill and was a little over $400. The servers are attentive and checked up on us often. I will say there is limited seating and although it is comfortable, it is a bit awkward. I would come back here for the aesthetics and look however as for food and traditional high tea, most likely not.
