    Mint Chip Energizer
    Anh T.

This specific Erewhon was quite busy on a weekend afternoon. I went grocery shopping for the week and was able to try some delicious samples while shopping. I also stopped by their cafe area to try their Mint Chip Energizer smoothie, which was refreshing with a cool mint flavor. I loved the balance between the mint and chocolate chip, and everything was blended together in a creamy way that made it a satisfying smoothie. It was filling and enough to keep me going for the day while feeling refreshing.

I think the server behind the hot bar realized it was my first time because I was looking around alot before I ordered and then he came around the bar to where I was to help me decide, that was so nice of him! 11/10 service I tried the hot food because I had to cross it off the bucket list but I didnt think it was anything crazy good. the food was good dont get me wrong. the only thing I'd come back for is the eggplant lasagna. the japanese sweet potatoes and the rice balls were good but I don't see me getting those again. glad I tried them though!

Erewhon is honestly very overpriced for what you get. The food did not match the price point at all. That said, the smoothies were the highlight. We got the Jhené Aiko smoothie and the Hailey Bieber smoothie; the Jhené Aiko one was good but had a really strong coconut flavor, so I'd give it an 8/10. The Hailey Bieber smoothie was fire, easily a 10/10. The staff, however, were extremely slow. Our drinks were already blended and sitting there, yet it took forever just to pour them. They were talking to each other and didn't acknowledge us at all, which felt straight-up disrespectful. It took about five minutes to do one simple task that should've taken seconds. As for the hot plates: they were okay. The mac and cheese could've been much more cheesy and rich. The Korean short ribs were soft and had a nice grilled flavor, and the kale broccoli was solid. The steak with chimichurri was very mid: the steak was a bit chewy and gamey, and the chimichurri lacked both spice and salt. The tuna was especially disappointing; it tasted old and fishy and definitely wasn't worth $20 given how unfresh it seemed. The ambiance was nice as everything was clean but they have limited seats so take a note of that. Overall, Erewhon feels more like hype than quality. Great smoothies, but the food and service don't justify the prices.

This place is amazing! Their sushi is restaurant quality and I am obsessed with their crispy sushi rice sandwich!! This really is a great spot to stop by after work for a casual bite. However, the strawberry glaze smoothie is sooo overrated and tastes like every strawberry smoothie ever for an insanely premium price. In general I would not recommend grocery shopping here it is way too expensive and very limited options. The staff is fast and efficient though, so no complaint there!

I got the water from Erewhon about $2 for this glass wattle. And it was the most clear water you will have in your life. To be honest this would pair well with anything heavy. It's hard to describe what I mean but I will never tell a lie on the water The brownies are good too the one but the register Yusuf is the best cashier as well He curated the best thing for me there Go there now

the food is sooooo good here and it's very healthy which i love. i could spend all day in erewhon just browsing. i don't love how expensive everything is, but quality and health is superior to any place! the workers were kind and asked me if i needed anything or help me decide between things i was unsure about. as i walking down the aisles the shelf's were EXTREMELY clean and put together! the floor was mopped and not a spec of anything was out of place! definitely will come again and try more!!

I'm a local, live 3 minutes away from it. I prefer to walk than to park my car in their valet parking as it gets congested during lunch and dinner hours. The staff is very welcoming except one lady there, she's not very nice to people of color and she's a woman of color. But she's nice to everyone else and I'm not the type to pay attention to that but I peeped that, as I'm a women of color. Some of the cashiers are not very nice. However, at the Hot Bar everyone is very hospitable. Prices are not bad if you really go in there in look they do have a lot of items on sell, especially different drink options if you want to try something new. I'm also a member and it's worth it. Free drink every month and discounts. Spinach dip is always a hit, carne asada with the chimichurri sauce, and the garlic glass noodles. Chefs kiss.

First time at any Erewhon, but I heard about the "viral" Hailey Bieber smoothie and the prices and selection, so of course I had to check it out. Honestly, seeing valet parking (and it was full) was kinda shocking. We just ended up parking at a neighboring area and walked over. It was pretty packed with people shopping for groceries or just buying lunch items--prepared foods and drinks and the smoothies. Their selection is top notch with it all being the best of the best with no questionable ingredients and trustworthy brands. It was a little hectic since there were a ton of people shopping at the same time, but still manageable. Bathrooms were limited to two genders neutral options, so we were waiting for a bit. Some of the aisles were super close together so you felt a bit sandwiched in between at times. I'm guessing this is to maximize space and fit in a lot of products to shop for. They had everything from single serve drinks, frozen and refrigerated items, dry food items, health and body items, and breads, other prepared foods and snacks, pizza and the hot bar, and the drinks. They even sell accessories with the Erewhon name (saw at the sales counter at front of store). Check out process was efficient and they do put stickers on your items to note that it was paid for. The huge line that we saw honestly moved super fast. There were two greeters/employees/theft prevention people at the front that checked for this. We ate outside in the enclosed patio. They had a nice sitting area with chairs and benches and since it was a nice day, was a great option to have. The pizza was pretty tasty and a decent size slice. Same with the green drink that I got. It's definitely worth it to shop here since I can trust the quality of what I'm getting and the taste was quite good.

Located near a busy area and buildings, this Erewhon is within a nice area! They have valet parking or street parking (for a fee). I love their outside seating and aesthetics. They had many workers at the time I went. I believe that their options are fairly priced for the most part. We went to the hot bar and the workers were kind and attentive! They truly have nice workers at this location and are efficient with their service. My favorite is their seared salmon! Definitely recommend coming here and spending time if you are able.

I ordered a tote bag from Erewhon that arrived with visible bleach stains. When I contacted customer service to report the damage, I was told that what I was seeing was simply a 'natural variation in the canvas,' which was completely false and frankly insulting. Rather than acknowledging the defective item, they doubled down, insisted all sales were final, and made it clear they had no intention of helping me. After five attempts to get any form of resolution, I was essentially told I was stuck with a damaged product. It was only after I threatened to write a review that they offered an exchange, which I declined. At that point, a refund was the only acceptable resolution given the experience I had been put through. For a brand that charges premium prices and markets itself as a luxury experience, the customer service protocols and quality assurance are appalling. Being gaslit over an obvious defect on a $160 item is not the standard I expected from Erewhon. Buyer beware, if your order arrives damaged, don't expect them to take responsibility.

I was influenced to finally try the viral Hailey Bieber Strawberry Skin Glaze Smoothie. Unfortunately for me, I absolutely loved it. While it is expensive for what it is, it can be a fun once in a while treat. I also made some grocery purchases at this location and honestly their prices aren't bad on all items. Mind you, a lot of the items are overpriced, but some items are the same price as if I bought them at Whole Foods, Sprouts, or etc. Other items are a given to be more expensive due to their packaging and "clean" ingredients. I was impressed with their variety and I found a few items I've been looking for at other grocery stores for weeks. Their store is clean and the staff members are incredibly kind. I had multiple come up to me to offer suggestions and/or just asking if I need help. Fantastic customer service!

I love Erewhon because they have kelp noodles that are delicious. I always get the Korean short rib, kelp noodles , Carr and a chocolate oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. It's great because you can try the food before you make a decision! The kelp noodles are a little spicy curry and have perfect flavor. The beef ribs are mouthwatering and the carrots are roasted to perfection. The staff is very sweet and helpful! The outside seating is nice and sunny!

*This review is strictly for monthly special drinks* I've been disappointed with Erewhon's monthly drinks. The combinations often feel confusing and don't taste good-like this month's spicy bone broth hot chocolate, which just doesn't make sense. It seems like they're overcomplicating things, and the drinks end up being more about novelty than flavor. Additionally, it feels like this is a waste of the staff's energy and enthusiasm. When I ordered the monthly drink, the barista didn't seem excited and mentioned that the drink gets mixed reviews. I'd love to see simpler, more appealing recipes that genuinely encourage reorders. It's not about giving them away for free, just focusing on quality and taste.

My lessons learned after a few visits to the salad bar -- choose the smallest container possible (it will still cost LOL), don't come unless you want to wait in a line of hungry corporate business folks between 12-1 (I have seen the line go out the door) -- actually my advice is go early because later on everything is picked over (although the staff are really good about filing the salad bar items). I was drawn towards the 'N Seoul Bowl' (Korean spicy plant based pork, house marinated Kimchi, organic edamame, steamed organic spinach, carrot, steamed broccoli, onion , organic shiitake, topped with green onion and sesame seeds and side organic quinoa). So good, a bit spicy, and so many flavors on the plate it was impossible to not only love it, but I could not finish it, either. That goes from all their dishes.
