Not that impressed to be honest. The service was just okay, kind of slow. I ordered a Medium, but it put in a Small cup. I let the worker know it was supposed to be a Medium. Loveeeeee their seasonal watermelon breeze! But I'm here to give you a pro tip when it comes to pricing, seeing as they are a bit outrageous. I would suggest to bring a homie, lover, friend, etc and buy a large for $10.99, have it split between two cups and you'll each get a small. Versus paying $9.99 for small. We love this Jamba Juice. It is never too crowded and the service is just wonderful. The place is spotless and always looks so nice. They have a great selection of juices and smoothies. They are always made fresh and always made the exact way you ordered them. personally, I love their fresh squeezed orange juice. I watch them make it and it is nothing but a ton of great oranges. There is none better to be had. The rest of my family enjoy all the smoothies. They love the super healthy ones and even the sweet ones. They add things to the menu now and again. I was here at Jamba Juice at MDR Glencoe, and Rubi General Manager helped me! I told her about the grandparents are buying gift cards for their children and grandchildren, and if these can be brought up to the Jamba Juice company and have them be able to use it at the time purchase so that grandparents can get the benefit of that five dollar gift card when you buy a gift card actually it's a reward card. This location is my best location that I love. So I ordered 2 of the vanilla blue sky bowls today and paid $2 extra for more of the supplement blue spirulina. By the time we were eating, I noticed that they did not add the extra $2 supplements to the bowls. The prices have increased significantly and they forgot to add the extra supplements because usually it is very bright blue. I'm very disappointed because we were in a very tight time crunch. Secondly, I tried to use my rewards card, I'm assuming their scanner was down because she asked me for my phone number instead, and I don't like saying my phone number out loud. You also have to go behind the counter to add time and sign off on the transaction. This feels a little weird to me. I've been here several times but am definitely never coming back to this location. There were four people head of us when we arrived, and one guy working. When the second guy came in, he started cleaning blenders when they had enough to at least catch up. Two of the four people in front of us left without ordering. They only take a couple orders at a time before they both go work on stuff, never saying a word to the customers, like "be right with you!" I was there with my fiancé and I was the second person who got to order before a long pause. My fiancé standing right next to me didn't get to order with me! They finished my order before coming back to take his, but not because they made mine quickly. So many people showed up and then left without ordering, I truly wonder if the lost profits would pay for a third employee on shift. My smoothie was good tho. read more

The employees that use to work here were nice but currently (early/late month of May) the two morning employees that are always here are rude and don't know how to make smoothies. I've had to ask them to remake a few times. I've waiting 15-20min when 5+ people were waiting and have waiting the same amount of time when I was the only one. You don't have to be smiling jumping off the wall but this is crazy. Unless you know the name and schedule of your favorite person that works there (mine is Scott) I'd suggest staying away. I was giving up on Jamba Juice because the locations I have gone to (especially in Ladera Heights) were filthy with rude and/or indifferent staff. However, this location is quite the opposite. These guys keep their location super clean, and they are very welcoming from the minute you come through the door. I often come here because my daughter loves the smoothies here but I cringe every time I come because the employees always look so miserable, at least the young male workers . They will not greet you and just stand at the register and take your order and it just seems like they hate their job. There are of course exceptions to employees being nice and friendly there but the majority of the time it just seems they want to be left unbothered. read more

Their smoothies are very delicious. But I hate to say, their smoothies has lots of natural sugars that could be harmful if you are diabetic. Some of my favorites are: Caribbean Passion, Aloha Pineapple, and Strawberry Surf Rider. But without a doubt, I always tend to order the Orange Dream Machine. Long story short, 5 people are lined up behind me, I was making eye contact with the "cashier" only one girl is making the juices and one girl is doing the cashier----NO GREETINg, no acknowledgment , no eye contact, no service especially from the cashier /straw "straightener" that was doing nothing . The other poor girl was making all the mobile orders and In Person sweating it out....cashier saw it was along line , didn't say "we will be right with you." nothing , no words , instead she proceeded to straighten(in front of her 5 "parched " customers ) the straws to make sure they are all even. Lmao! Me and other customers looked at eachother and shook our heads and left.
