I love stopping by this Jamba Juice for a smoothie after my beach runs. I always get a medium mango-a-go-go and it's made perfectly all the time. I usually order through the self service kiosk, but when it's not working, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Great spot for a quick, refreshing smoothie read more

Not that impressed to be honest. The service was just okay, kind of slow. I ordered a Medium, but it put in a Small cup. I let the worker know it was supposed to be a Medium. He poured it in a Medium cup yet I'm unsure if he added more smoothie. There was a little space left at top. The smoothie fine, but kind of overpriced for what you get. Nothing fancy about this location at all. There's a big parking lot with CVS which is a bonus. read more

I came to this location often, and the restroom is always out of service. Seems odd because establishments with food is suppose to have working restrooms. Anyway..... The customer service was decent, not overly friendly. My matcha green tea blast was good. I won't be back. After spending $10 on a drink and the restrooms are always closed. read more

Loveeeeee their seasonal watermelon breeze! But I'm here to give you a pro tip when it comes to pricing, seeing as they are a bit outrageous. I would suggest to bring a homie, lover, friend, etc and buy a large for $10.99, have it split between two cups and you'll each get a small. Versus paying $9.99 for small. Unless you two have completely different palates - don't really have a tip for that lol. Enjoy! read more

We love this Jamba Juice. It is never too crowded and the service is just wonderful. The place is spotless and always looks so nice. They have a great selection of juices and smoothies. They are always made fresh and always made the exact way you ordered them. personally, I love their fresh squeezed orange juice. I watch them make it and it is nothing but a ton of great oranges. There is none better to be had. The rest of my family enjoy all the smoothies. They love the super healthy ones and even the sweet ones. They add things to the menu now and again. I just can't say enough about how great this place is. Parking is easy and free. read more

This place is getting worse by the day smh. Where are all the friendly staff? The ones that used to work hard to get your items out quick because well we want to order, get our drinks and go. Not just that, I tried to order a food item and they were out of it. I'm not sure if management changed but this place is horrible smh. I love the drinks but the staff and service is completely horrible. read more

Ive been trying to switch up my regular drinking habits, less sodas, less Starbucks and something more healthy. I havent have Jamba in a long time so i stopped to get myself something tasty. The day before i actually had a smoothie at a donut shop and that got me going. The killer part was that i ordered the same exact drinks. They both were good buuuuuut..... the donut shops tasted better, was cheaper and i got more. Nothing against Jamba but what else can i say. read more

I got a five dollar deal from the app. This isn't worth ten bucks. It's definitely not worth eleven bucks to swap out milk for non dairy. But their new pumpkin smoothies are good. Seasonal not new. They're all the same except one has coffee added and one has whip cream and granola added. But it tastes like good pumpkin not gross pumpkin. You can definitely do pumpkin wrong. Good service and quick. Not the best idea to have a pumpkin smoothie for dinner but I live by discount or free food so it is what it is. read more

I was here at Jamba Juice at MDR Glencoe, and Rubi General Manager helped me! I told her about the grandparents are buying gift cards for their children and grandchildren, and if these can be brought up to the Jamba Juice company and have them be able to use it at the time purchase so that grandparents can get the benefit of that five dollar gift card when you buy a gift card actually it's a reward card. This location is my best location that I love. The only thing is it doesn't have any sofas a couch so that way we can sit in not a stiff chairs. the atmosphere will look more enjoyable rather than In-N-Out burgers. We should also have some both that looks pretty. Name of the store is such a sweet, cute names, but it has no cuteness inside the store, comfy sofa read more

So I ordered 2 of the vanilla blue sky bowls today and paid $2 extra for more of the supplement blue spirulina. By the time we were eating, I noticed that they did not add the extra $2 supplements to the bowls. The prices have increased significantly and they forgot to add the extra supplements because usually it is very bright blue. I'm very disappointed because we were in a very tight time crunch. Had we more time, I would have come back to request for the supplement but it's such a hassle when an order is not done correctly. read more

Update: 5 stars because they are nice, (minus 1 younger guy that was a bit off-putting and inappropriate) accommodating, and the smoothies taste the way they should. You might still be, so what, why a 5? Let me tell you a story. So, I order online from their website (which does kinda suck). I haven't had Jamba Juice in anout 10 years, so I read/skimmed the options and ordered like I used to when I was lifting and ate diary and added protein power. Then I noticed that it wouldn't let me leave out the dairy option. Order placed, but that's it me for me I go in and explain the issue and say I'm prepared to pay for a second non -dairy one because this was my error. The woman behind the counter said, "no problem."She'll fix this free of charge. Impeccable customer service. Didn't make me feel like an idiot and just handled the issue. If you can do this and your smoothies still taste nice, I have nothing negative to repot. Job well done. Final Words: Customer service was on point! read more

For sure the shittiest Jamba Juice I've ever been to Honestly if you hate your job just quit There's this guy here who honestly is rude af!! You shouldn't work customer service if your personality & energy is ugly af! A paying customer is not allowed to use the restroom, wooooooow ! Seriously that's WEIRD af! They are fallowing the Covid rules great!! Friendly employees, great help to change and add thing to your smoothie .. the young man that helped me figure my complicated smoothie name is Doug! Thank you for having him to assist with a very calm and relaxed none rush energy!!! I greatly appreciate it! Only 5 people allowed in the shop! They ask if you order to please wait outside... the only issue there is that you really do not know when it's ready, but if you remember who was in front of you then that helps. But yes!! Great helpful customer service!! read more

I must admit, I ran in Jamba Juice thinking it would be a quick run in and run out. However there was only one worker but about 5 customers, so I waited about 10 minutes to place an order. First, I wasn't greeted when I walked in. I feel like I've cream, yogurt, and smoothie places always have a welcoming energy. Not this one. Very dry. Secondly, I tried to use my rewards card, I'm assuming their scanner was down because she asked me for my phone number instead, and I don't like saying my phone number out loud. You also have to go behind the counter to add time and sign off on the transaction. This feels a little weird to me. Lastly, they made the smoothie quickly after making my order but they didn't fill the cup up. There is just too much space in the cup. read more

I've been here several times but am definitely never coming back to this location. There were four people head of us when we arrived, and one guy working. When the second guy came in, he started cleaning blenders when they had enough to at least catch up. Two of the four people in front of us left without ordering. They only take a couple orders at a time before they both go work on stuff, never saying a word to the customers, like "be right with you!" I was there with my fiancé and I was the second person who got to order before a long pause. My fiancé standing right next to me didn't get to order with me! They finished my order before coming back to take his, but not because they made mine quickly. So many people showed up and then left without ordering, I truly wonder if the lost profits would pay for a third employee on shift. My smoothie was good tho. read more

Service is super slow. The employees that use to work here were nice but currently (early/late month of May) the two morning employees that are always here are rude and don't know how to make smoothies. I've had to ask them to remake a few times. I've waiting 15-20min when 5+ people were waiting and have waiting the same amount of time when I was the only one. You don't have to be smiling jumping off the wall but this is crazy. Unless you know the name and schedule of your favorite person that works there (mine is Scott) I'd suggest staying away. If I don't see him, I walk out. They don't follow the steps on how to make anything! It needs new Managment! read more

I was giving up on Jamba Juice because the locations I have gone to (especially in Ladera Heights) were filthy with rude and/or indifferent staff. However, this location is quite the opposite. These guys keep their location super clean, and they are very welcoming from the minute you come through the door. Today, they even offered to make (yes make) me a sample of a drink I was curious about Wow. This location is a 10-15 min drive from my home, but I will make a point of coming here to get my Jamba fix from now on. I really loved the smoothie they made for me!!! P.S. I often come here because my daughter loves the smoothies here but I cringe every time I come because the employees always look so miserable, at least the young male workers . I've been coming to this location ever since they relocated from the original location which was right across the vast parking lot of the Marina Marketplace. I love Jamba Juice. Their smoothies are very delicious. But I hate to say, their smoothies has lots of natural sugars that could be harmful if you are diabetic. Some of my favorites are: Caribbean Passion, Aloha Pineapple, and Strawberry Surf Rider. But without a doubt, I always tend to order the Orange Dream Machine. It tastes like orange cream soda and for some reason it reminds me of nostalgic days. This is by far the worst Jamba Juice experience I've ever had ! I've been here for 20 minutes with 2 ppl in front of me . neither of which are being assisted . There are 2 employees here making drinks . After 27 minutes it's my turn to order, but I'm told to hold on and the employee leaves to go make drinks with the other employee & now they're are 6 ppl behind me waiting to order & 2 ppl waiting to pick up mobile orders. After all this waiting 32 minutes to order I just hope my drink is made properly . UPDATE- both drinks were watery & disgusting & I'm going to call the manager/corporate because this is unacceptable. If I had time to go back and get my money back i would ! this is really disheartening. read more

Wow , since my last review, this location just got worse --pandemic or not, customer service is baaaadd. Long story short, 5 people are lined up behind me, I was making eye contact with the "cashier" only one girl is making the juices and one girl is doing the cashier----NO GREETINg, no acknowledgment , no eye contact, no service especially from the cashier /straw "straightener" that was doing nothing . The other poor girl was making all the mobile orders and In Person sweating it out....cashier saw it was along line , didn't say "we will be right with you." nothing , no words , instead she proceeded to straighten(in front of her 5 "parched " customers ) the straws to make sure they are all even. Lmao! Me and other customers looked at eachother and shook our heads and left. Sorry Jamba Marina del rey, until u reprimand and train your staff well, you may be next in line for a "closure"---We tried to support you, but instead left a bad taste in our mouth..no pun intended. (This incident happened around 3:10-3:30pm April 29th 2021 Thursday --today) (whoever your staffs are will know what they did wrong and you will know who is working today at that time. Correct this or you may end up being "another one biting the dust" in closing your business down....we don't want that to happen." The world is terrible right now....pls be nice. Peace Sincerely , Parched and dissapointed local supporter. read more

I was shocked at how unprofessional and rude the young lady working there was. She was actually FaceTiming her boyfriend and juggling 2 different iPhones while taking orders and barely communicating to customers while another young man did all the work and smoothie making.
