She went above and beyond for the people waiting despite no benefit/extra tips that would be received from the already paid for carry out people, and was simultaneously encouraging and helpful to her staff.. There was even a mixup of orders and I was handed the wrong bag, she corrected the mistake and even reassured and handled the other guy who was grumpy and rude about the mixup and his "15 minute wait" with class and compassion, I believe refunding him and making things right while also handling everything and everyone else with grace and kindness.. She was caring to people, efficient at her job, on top of things despite the confusion and delays, and had the eyes + smile of an angel

I thought I was safe ordering the garden omelet, but it was not what I expected. The Swiss cheese was served as a large unmelted piece rather than melted or incorporated into the omelet, there was barely any spinach, and the avocado did not taste fresh. The vegetables also seemed to be placed on top rather than mixed into the omelet. I ended up not eating the omelet because it wasn't enjoyable. I brought my concerns to the staff's attention, but no solution was offered--no remake, replacement, or adjustment to the bill. I understand mistakes happen, but I was especially disappointed by how the situation was handled. Good service can often make up for a mistake, but in this case I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and hungry.

I walked in and originally ordered the Cajun pasta with meatballs, but at the last minute I thought, "You know what? Let me just stick with the original." So I changed my order to spaghetti with marinara sauce and meatballs. I get to checkout and my total is $32! I'm thinking, "Wow... that's a lot for some spaghetti." The kid at the register just rings me up and keeps it moving. Then when my food is ready, he hands me two pasta containers, my garlic bread, and says thank you. No bag. No utensils. No napkins. NOTHING. Like... I just spent $30+ and you're basically throwing the food at me and sending me on my way? As for the food, the spaghetti marinara was not all that, but I will say the meatballs were actually good. Since I had two meals, I reheated the Cajun pasta the next day--and honestly, I couldn't even eat it. It was SO oily that it was actually disgusting. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Definitely wouldn't recommend. If I could give 1 1/2 stars, I would. 1/2

The vinaigrette is overly vinegary, while the ranch tastes too heavy on mayonnaise. The purple rice is also bland. Healthy, clean eating doesn't have to be boring, yet the overall experience here is underwhelming...more yawn than wow.
