I didn't ask for clarification on whether or not this was a regular thing for them. If it is, that'd be a big con for me. Aside from that, the coffee was delicious, but because they had to do a pour-over for decaf, it wasn't as hot as I'd like. The prices were also a little high for what you get...higher than the large competitors, for certain. The inside was nice and cozy and would make for a perfect reading spot or place to work remotely.

The drip coffee I had today was watered down, bitter, difficult to drink. I took a few sips and threw it out. Not sure if it's the beans they use, or the person brewing the coffee. Needs some work :/ Hopefully the espresso drinks are better, I would go back to try a different beverage.

When I finally got through, the staff insisted everything was in the bag--essentially calling me a liar. The DoorDash driver said they're not responsible for checking orders, so no one took accountability. The only solution offered was to drive to the store to get the missing item. If I wanted to pick it up, I wouldn't have used delivery in the first place. There was no apology, no empathy--just a dismissive attitude. I understand mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Sadly, this location failed on all fronts. With so many other options out there, I won't be returning.

3/23/21 After…read morewriting about Icee drinks, the thought of Slush Puppies came to mind. After reading about Slush Puppies,  I learned that it was created in 1970 by Willard Lawson Radcliff. Radcliff founded Slush Puppies Corporation and started out with four orginal flavors. The four orginal flavors are cherry, grape, orange, and lemon-lime.  It has obviously expanded in the flavors market since the business opened up in 1970. I learned that J&J Snackfoods is like a  parent company of Slush Puppies.  I saw online that Slush Puppies and Icee are now under the same roof.  I also saw  Cadbury Schweppes PLC bought out Slush Puppies.    I have seen two different readings on this, but I found it interesting that Cadbury chocolate and a soda company own all of the above. I just saw this today.  Hell all I knew about Slush Puppies was the non carbonated taste in the drink. The drinks still made my mouth turn a different color everytime I drink one of these delicious drinks.  I saw these drinks in mom and pop grocery stores,  but it was always a pleasure to get one of these drinks when I could.  I had no idea that these drink are nearly world wide.  I honestly thought they went out of business.  Why? Because I have seen the name in a long time. Glad I was wrong.
