Decided to check it out and am sure glad that we did :) We ordered a couple of coffees and the loaded breakfast burrito. We had an iced banana latte, hot vanilla latte (half sweet) and the "livin la vida" latte. In the banana latte the espresso was a little burnt and you could taste it but it wasn't overwhelming enough to where you couldn't drink it. The other two coffees had a little more flavor/sweetness so you couldn't taste the coffee flavor as much but they were both still good. The loaded burrito was definitely the star of the show. It was delicious and super flavorful especially with the ranch that came with it. If you like ranch.... then it is a must if you eat here. They have so many items on their menu and we can't wait to come back and try some more! Cute shop with a good vibe. Highly recommend!

We made it to Smyrna finally!!…read more I have been dying to try this little shop for months now and finally made it in. I tried the strawberry matcha drink with popping boba and my daughter tried the layered peanut butter cup dessert. They were beautiful to look at definitely IG worthy. I ended up mixing my drink and have to say my drink needed more matcha flavor. The concept is cool and the interior was modern. To order you simply place your order on their kiosk and the workers just make your drink. Overall it was a good experience.

I think it's neat the drinks come in a can. There are several different options for drinks, shakes, smoothies and layered soft serve. Most milk based drinks have the option of whole milk, almond milk, or oat milk to choose from. You can also add caffeine. There are seasonal items which I was eager to try such as the cookies and cream latte, and red velvet. I got the iced butterfly lavender lemonade. It was refreshing, crisp lemon flavor and sweet. I didn't get a good taste of the lavender notes just saw the purple color. My parter had the purple potion which is made out of Ube potatoes, which is not my favorite, but I still tried it. Tasted like the milk after you get done eating fruit loops he got it half sweet though, so not my favorite. I also had the cookies and cream latte it had a good amount of caffeine. Flavor was decent. I appreciated the cookies and cream cold foam.

First Watch is always a popular brunch spot, and my recent visit was a mix of hits and misses…read more I started with the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, but they just weren't for me. The texture was dense, dry, and crumbly--more like cornbread than the soft, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth pancakes I was expecting. They lacked the moist, buttery richness I personally look for in a great pancake. To be fair, that may be their intended style, but it wasn't what I had hoped for. The staff was accommodating, and I exchanged the pancakes for scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and seasoned potatoes. That plate was much more enjoyable. The eggs were fluffy, the potatoes were nicely seasoned with a good crisp on the outside, and the turkey sausage was a solid choice. I also sampled the Turkey Sausage Biscuits & Gravy. The dish was comforting and satisfying, but it could have benefited from a little more seasoning. A touch more sage in the sausage would have added the savory depth that makes biscuits and gravy truly memorable. One of the highlights of the meal was the fresh juice selection. The Morning Meditation was refreshing with a bright blend of orange, lemon, turmeric, ginger, beet, and agave. The lavender drink was equally delicious, light, floral, and refreshing without being overpowering. If you're visiting First Watch, I highly recommend trying one of their fresh juices. Overall, while the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes missed the mark for me, the fresh juices, eggs, potatoes, and turkey sausage made for a pleasant brunch experience. I'd gladly return and explore more of their savory breakfast offerings.

I usually make my own protein shakes at home, but it was nice to have someone else make one -- they are a little pricey but i think it lots of nutritional value for the money.
