I love Dutch Bros so much, so imagine my absolute surprise when I found out that there are several locations in Tennessee! I've only had Dutch Bros on the west side of this country, so this was such a treat and the experience was just like it always is. The customer service is so nice and friendly and it genuinely rivals how good the drinks are! They take your order in their drive through and chat with you about your plans for the day. We were swinging into Nashville afterwards as this is on the outskirts of Nashville for a visit for the first time and they wrote on our cup to have a fun time in Nashville! WHY ARE THEY SO CUTE?! My wife and I stopped by this Dutch Bros Coffee today to grab some drinks and were absolutely blown away by their new prices and lack of helpfulness. I got a large caramelizer freeze and it came out to over $8 with tax, a crazy-high price for a coffee. I asked them if they would mind checking on the price to make sure it was put in correctly with no add-ons and they simply said "inflation" in a rude tone. We left the coffee shop confused and feeling like we were over-charged for our order with no helpful explanation or receipt. We both are very understanding about price inflation right now and know this is out of the business' control. However, we simply wanted to make sure we were correctly charged and were talked down to by the employees at this location. They never showed us any proof of the price we paid for our drinks, which seemed off and unfair to us as loyal customers. Ugh this long line waiting for coffee was a bit annoying. But the coffee so good. People don't have it together. They get up there to order and don't know what they want. So come prepared look at the menu and keep the line moving. They have someone outside standing to take your order on a busy day. They are open til 11pm. When the line is double wrapped around the building. I will come in the evening instead and save my coffee for the next morning to drink. read more

We've been a fan of Dutch Bros for several years now ever since we discovered them while on a road trip in Oregon. Since then, we search for locations whenever we're traveling out West and it's always such a treat when we can visit one. We were beyond excited when we saw that Dutch Bros was coming to Tennessee and it's wild that this is the first location to open east of the Mississippi. We came here a couple days ago and we can say that this location is every bit as good as the locations we've been to in Oregon and Colorado. The staff were efficient and kind and using the app made it super fast to order and rack up points for free coffee. The coffee was soooo good and we can't wait to come back and try more of their options. This is a great coffee shop and we highly recommend coming here! Let's start with the lines: it was long. Cars were wrapped around, but keep in mind that they just opened. Even though the lines were long, it went by pretty quick. They had people outside taking orders and bringing the drinks to our cars. I think they have a pretty good system going. I think the service was really good. Everyone here was so friendly. I tried their picture perfect Dutch freeze and I loved it! It's got caramel and chocolate drizzled on top with whip cream. It's pretty much up my alley. We also got a pup cup for my dog. Their pup cup was so super cute!! It came with a little treat on top of the whip cream. My dog loved it! Thank you so much! I can't wait to be back to try other things on their menu. Come here when in the area usually before a hike or post bowling. Our favorite drinks are in the form of freezes so a picture perfect trifecta, dream weaver, or the wallaby. Generally a pretty fast line with friendly staff. But the drinks are full of sugar and being a bit to sweet which is why it's not good to have them very often. We usually come once every few months for this reason. Definitely still worth the treat. read more

Visited Feb 24, 2023 during the evening. I didn't catch the name of the employee who helped my group but she was Very Helpful! We are all Starbucks drinkers and she was able to describe drinks out with what it might be with Starbucks ingredients along with providing recommendations. There is parking for anyone wanting to order at the window and outdoor seating. Drinks come out fairly quick and they also have an app for anyone wanting to rack up points for free future drinks. The location is a bit out of my way but if I was close I would come here since the prices are good for the drink size. read more

Hi, I went to Dutch Brothers for the first time about 3 days ago, I got a frozen coffee and a breakfast sandwich and it was to expensive for what I received because my sandwich was old you could tell that it was under a heating lamp for awhile before I got it and my coffee was decent but it cost to much for a small frozen coffee.
