This location had super friendly staff and excellent service. Our attendant answered all my questions about the coffees I was interested in. I tried the sugar free hopscotch and I'm not sure what my son ordered but he loved it! Lots of chocolate chips on top of his drink. read more

Service so fast it blew me away. I ordered a Golden Eagle and it was really good. I would have preferred more coffee to cream, but good nonetheless. I loved the music they had on the radio too. Oh and it was a freebie by the way. Man, I love rewards apps read more

I was in line for about 9 minutes.. the car in front of me was just chit chatting away with the worker. Idk if they had a larg order or what. But 9mins is to long of a wait for a coffee stop. They have 2 drive paths and not one order box. You have to speak to the people at the window. Definitely not trying to waste 10 mins again. read more

Quick moving line (taking into account how many cars where there), friendly staff and quality coffee

Golden Eagle coffee with an extra shot of espresso? Yes please! Oh and i will take all the lemon poppy muffin tops! Yum! I have to say I think I like the symrna location better than the Murfreesboro location...at least the last few visits. The drinks made here are just top notch! Perhaps because it's the original location in the area lol. I don't think I've had a bad drink here and hope to keep it that way! read more

I love Dutch Bros so much, so imagine my absolute surprise when I found out that there are several locations in Tennessee! I've only had Dutch Bros on the west side of this country, so this was such a treat and the experience was just like it always is. The customer service is so nice and friendly and it genuinely rivals how good the drinks are! They take your order in their drive through and chat with you about your plans for the day. We were swinging into Nashville afterwards as this is on the outskirts of Nashville for a visit for the first time and they wrote on our cup to have a fun time in Nashville! WHY ARE THEY SO CUTE?! I'm a Dutch Bros girlie for life!!!!! read more

My wife and I stopped by this Dutch Bros Coffee today to grab some drinks and were absolutely blown away by their new prices and lack of helpfulness. I got a large caramelizer freeze and it came out to over $8 with tax, a crazy-high price for a coffee. I asked them if they would mind checking on the price to make sure it was put in correctly with no add-ons and they simply said "inflation" in a rude tone. We left the coffee shop confused and feeling like we were over-charged for our order with no helpful explanation or receipt. We both are very understanding about price inflation right now and know this is out of the business' control. However, we simply wanted to make sure we were correctly charged and were talked down to by the employees at this location. They never showed us any proof of the price we paid for our drinks, which seemed off and unfair to us as loyal customers. The drinks were delicious, we just couldn't believe the outrageously-high prices. read more

Amazing service. I accidentally placed an online order at the wrong location as i didn't double check they were both in smyrna, and the nice lady didn't even hesitate to remake my drink, in fact it took them less than a minute to have my order out. Great coffee and service highly recommend. read more

Ugh this long line waiting for coffee was a bit annoying. But the coffee so good. People don't have it together. They get up there to order and don't know what they want. So come prepared look at the menu and keep the line moving. They have someone outside standing to take your order on a busy day. They are open til 11pm. When the line is double wrapped around the building. I will come in the evening instead and save my coffee for the next morning to drink. read more

We've been a fan of Dutch Bros for several years now ever since we discovered them while on a road trip in Oregon. Since then, we search for locations whenever we're traveling out West and it's always such a treat when we can visit one. We were beyond excited when we saw that Dutch Bros was coming to Tennessee and it's wild that this is the first location to open east of the Mississippi. We came here a couple days ago and we can say that this location is every bit as good as the locations we've been to in Oregon and Colorado. The staff were efficient and kind and using the app made it super fast to order and rack up points for free coffee. The coffee was soooo good and we can't wait to come back and try more of their options. This is a great coffee shop and we highly recommend coming here! Fun fact: they give out stickers on the 1st of every month! read more

Let's start with the lines: it was long. Cars were wrapped around, but keep in mind that they just opened. Even though the lines were long, it went by pretty quick. They had people outside taking orders and bringing the drinks to our cars. I think they have a pretty good system going. I think the service was really good. Everyone here was so friendly. I tried their picture perfect Dutch freeze and I loved it! It's got caramel and chocolate drizzled on top with whip cream. It's pretty much up my alley. We also got a pup cup for my dog. Their pup cup was so super cute!! It came with a little treat on top of the whip cream. My dog loved it! Thank you so much! I can't wait to be back to try other things on their menu. This was my first time trying Dutch bros coffee so I'm pretty excited to have them here. read more

Come here when in the area usually before a hike or post bowling. Our favorite drinks are in the form of freezes so a picture perfect trifecta, dream weaver, or the wallaby. Generally a pretty fast line with friendly staff. But the drinks are full of sugar and being a bit to sweet which is why it's not good to have them very often. We usually come once every few months for this reason. Definitely still worth the treat. read more

Y'all... we had the friendliest employees this morning! Coffee is good! Price is fair! But the service make this place great!

I would usually drink a competitors coffee but I think my wife has partially sold me on Dutch Bros. The annihilator is one of my favorite drinks. My wife has also got me into their muffin tops and those are good too. The service here is good, the staff is friendly. 5/5 for Dutch Bros. read more

Visited Feb 24, 2023 during the evening. I didn't catch the name of the employee who helped my group but she was Very Helpful! We are all Starbucks drinkers and she was able to describe drinks out with what it might be with Starbucks ingredients along with providing recommendations. There is parking for anyone wanting to order at the window and outdoor seating. Drinks come out fairly quick and they also have an app for anyone wanting to rack up points for free future drinks. The location is a bit out of my way but if I was close I would come here since the prices are good for the drink size. read more

Hi, I went to Dutch Brothers for the first time about 3 days ago, I got a frozen coffee and a breakfast sandwich and it was to expensive for what I received because my sandwich was old you could tell that it was under a heating lamp for awhile before I got it and my coffee was decent but it cost to much for a small frozen coffee. I'm not sure if I'm going back there or not but right now I'm really not happy with the Dutch Brothers because of the cost and old food that I received. Thanks read more

I have been to SO many Dutch Bros being that I am from Las Vegas. This location just feels like HOME ! Matt and Chloe are my absolute FAVORITE, I mean really there hasn't been ANY employee that I can make a bad remark on. EVERY employee needs some praise here! They know my order and if I switch it up they notice. They're always nice and talkative and fun and the DUTCH spirit is ALWAYS alive. From the music in the drive thru, to the order taker, to the window person, I LOVE it. I never knew a coffee shop could make my days, but DUTCH YOU DO IT FOR ME. Thank you read more

FINALLY! I have lived in nashville for 10 years but I am originally from Northern California and when I tell you that I SCREAMED when I saw Dutch Bros was opening near me I am not lying. WASHINGTON NATIVE!!! I love Dutch Bros! I was sooo stoked when I found out they were putting one here in TN. When I got back home, to WA, I sometimes go twice a day! It's so good better than any of its competitors by far. I'm so happy they put one not only in TN but in Smyrna where it's relatively close to me! I go just about everyday! Man, oh man, do I love Dutch!!!! My daughter told me about DB, she'd seen posts on social media but I had never heard of them. I'd always been a loyal Starbucks patron but I am a Dutch Bros convert, 100%.
