The DoorDash driver said they're not responsible for checking orders, so no one took accountability. The only solution offered was to drive to the store to get the missing item. If I wanted to pick it up, I wouldn't have used delivery in the first place. There was no apology, no empathy--just a dismissive attitude. I understand mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. Sadly, this location failed on all fronts. With so many other options out there, I won't be returning.
