I really respect this because a lot of places will charge $10+ for a juice or smoothie. The energy in here is great. I had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth. She was so kind and made a great smoothie for me. They do not have the same meals everyday (I saw that they have a soup of the day) and they even have spinach pies on select days. It seems like a great place to drop in when in the area. They have a counter where you can stand and eat (no chairs) but we sit most of the time anyway nowadays right? The music in here is loud and awesome. Pre or post fitness, great place to drop in. Next time I would love to drop in for a spinach pie!
