Some of the other CLEAR dealers I have been too seem too pushy and unprofessional. They offer referral bonuses and promotional discounts, just ask them. They went as far as coming to my home and setting up my CLEAR home unit, phone & mobile internet for me as well as getting me a wireless router to complete the setup. The installation was quick, clean and professional. Would definetly go back to them for wireless networking and internet needs. I usually dont write about companies unless the service was either really good or really bad, these guys are really good at what they do.

Their service rate, for example, is $175 plus an hour compared to other comparable services that can be half of that. If you have a Cisco system, watch out! Cisco certified techs working on Cisco products, including routers and the likes, not just phone systems are even more expensive. The worst part about working with this company as a customer for more than four to five years is the service turnaround for problems can be 3-4 days and even longer. This includes simple questions or clarifications. I would avoid this company like the plague if you are a small business under 30 people. VoIP systems now are good enough there is no reason to burden your company with this expense or worse, experience in the long term. If you are a large company, they might be a good fit, but certainly, a better bargain can be had elsewhere.

Most likely you'll have to try the router and wifi extender in different areas to get stable signal. If you want TV's you'll also have to try different areas. After figuiring that , signal has been stable. I do like their affordable prices. I dont blame Phonoscope, I blame my apartments as they do not allow other companies because new wiring has to be done (to get better signal), since its an old complex(and they are being cheap).
