Judy is the BEST, most loving, caring dog person I've ever met! My fiancé got her first dog, Bella, from Judy 20 years ago. She was the sweetest being and lived along and happy life for 16 years. When she passed, we found out that Judy was still offering such beautiful fur babies, and we went to her again. She is the real deal! She let us know about a new litter and we fell in love with one of them! Both were 100% healthy and well behaved and loving and sweet! She has turned out to be just as sweet and beautiful as Bella was! We truly believe it is all because of Judy's loving care while nurturing them in that all important young puppy stage. As far as those negative, irresponsible and disrespectful comments posted by DEBY S., such wild and inaccurate accusations and characterizations of such a good person are horribly misguided and does not characterize the person that we have come to know and love, and were provided two amazing, beautiful puppies from, 20 years apart! I was one of her Fresno breeders, but I stopped selling to her after I found out she was using my name, stock photos, etc, for other puppies she purchased from unscrupulous backyard breeders and representing them as mine. I retired from breeding and I later discovered that my name was mentioned in a complaint on a ripoff site against Judy, and she had continued to use my name and my stock photos for years afterward, presenting them as the stud/dam to puppies she is currently selling. She exhibits unscrupulous behavior and lacks integrity, often fabricating stories about care, and for many years, she has been known to sell questionable, healthy puppies. Our experience with Judy was wonderful. She obviously takes excellent care of the puppies before they find their homes, as our pup's temperament was sweet, loving, and not fearful of kids or adults. Judy is very thorough with her explanations on what to expect, and you go home with a nice starter pack of instructions, food, a toy, blanket, and of course, your newest adorable family member. Our 10 week old came home potty pad trained. This is a small operation (Judy's friend in Sacramento managed the breeding and Judy takes care of the weaned litters until they are adopted) and I did a lot of research before choosing a puppy from Judy. (Danville, Ca) I looked on Yelp for this doctor and I contacted the office he last worked at 925-736-7440 They said that he Retired and sold the practiced back in 2013. You think that she would have updated her webpage with a New veterinary contact with contact information to vet any claims on her website. My family bought a pair of Yorkie brothers 9 years ago from Judy. These puppies appeared healthy at first, but as time passed, we realized something was very wrong. We lost our first boy at age 4 from a heart tumor that the vet said was highly unusual. Now, 5 years later, we just lost our other boy at age 9 from an overwhelming amount of health issues that no 9 year old yorkie should suffer from. My current vet said poor breeding would explain the health issues our beloved dogs suffered from. My family is heartbroken to lose both of our furry babies so young. I wish I had done more research into Judy. She said a friend that lived in Fresno breed the puppies and she helped by selling them here in San Ramon. I asked about the parents of the dogs and she showed me pictures, but I never met them. Foolishly, I trusted her and now just 9 years later, all we have left is memories left of our 2 boys. Most Yorkies live at least 12 years. If it was just one of our dogs I would chalk it up to bad luck, but to lose both so young, something else is not right. We had a great experience with Judy. She doesn't strike me as a regular breeder but rather a lady who loves her puppies and raises them well. She made us think the breeder was local and then said they are in Fresno. We never could see pictures of the mom and dad either. To top it off she sells SICK puppies! I adopted a shorkie from Judy 4 years ago. We have never been happier with our sweet dog. When I first contacted Judy she was very pleasant to me on the phone. I asked her if I could come to see the puppies that same afternoon and she said yes. When I arrived at her house I was greeted by her husband who told me Judy would be right with me. He then asked me to wash my hands before I could handle any of the puppies. At that time I asked him where they kept the puppies, since there home was so neat and clean. At that time Judy came in and showed me to her living room where there were 3 adorable puppies who were all playing. I was so surprised,as I had gone to look at puppies at other homes and knew they had dogs the second I walked through the door. I picked out a male puppy and paid for him. I asked Judy if it was possible for her to hold on to him for one and a half weeks as he was going to be a surprise for my 10 year old grandson's birthday (who lives with us). She told me it was no problem. When I went to pick him up she gave me his blanket, toy, and a care packet with a one year guarantee. She also gave me all of the information on his mom and dad, and the name of her Vet. I took Brody there the next day to have him examined. The Vet told me that Judy had been bringing her puppies to him for years and that she always takes exceptional care of them. We continue to take Brody to the same Vet since he is close by. By the way, I can't tell you how many times we've been stopped by people wanting to know what type of breed "Brody" is and where we found him. I would highly recommend Judy to anyone looking to adopt a puppy from her. She's the best! read more

I inquired with Judy about adopting a Shih-poo puppy and asked if I could visit the puppies. She said they were at another person's house with the mom nursing and couldn't be visited. Then when they were ready she'd get them and take them to her house and I could come look at them. She said they don't show pictures of the mom and dad and you can't visit until they're ready to be adopted. I have adopted from a reputable breeder before and this is not standard practice (unless you're hiding something). Reputable breeders are open books. You can visit the house, talk to their vet, see the mom and sometimes the dad. Knowing all this, I then said ok, but it is nice to be able to visit them and see the conditions that the puppies are being raised in to be sure it's safe and not bad conditions. She then said that I had now offended her and she would no longer talk to me and hung up the phone! Obviously this is a BIG red flag. Do not purchase/adopt a puppy from this woman! read more
