This place is great! I was visiting Danville and my dog needed a bath. This was our first self wash experience, a 80lb lab I was a bit apprehensive but the staff here is amazing. Unfortunately, no San Diego locations, the cashier looked for me. He was just so kind and helpful! The place is clean as can be, towel and a dryer are available. Plenty of soaps, I bring my own, great water pressure to rinse efficiently, warm water and hooks to keep pup in place with a rubber collar they provide. Thank You for going above and beyond! Liberty Belle will be back !

excellent customer service and product selection. the staff that works here cares and knows about animals! the store is clean, well stocked and fairly priced for high quality pet food. we are fortunate to have this type of store nearby. and...lots of toys ,treats and daily care essentials too. thank you to rachel, noah and all the staff for being so engaged in helping me find the right food for my finicky felines!

My poor dog King has been going through a lot with his stomach lately, I never come to this store as I live closer to crow canyon but here I was and I am so happy I came here :) Taylor was so so helpful! I'm hard of hearing and I asked her the same thing a couple times but she didn't seem upset she just answered all of my questions and was so helpful and professional. Thank you so much Taylor !

You have to go to https://lineup.vippetcare.com at 2pm 30 min before clinic opens at 2:30pm. Well, at 1:43 pm, the website said clinic was already full. What the heck...so how did people get in line virtually when you don't even take walk ins and appointments? Absolutely ridiculous. It was great last two years. What happened? Clearly new management.

3.75 in my opinion for what it is. So it's important to know this is NOT a traditional vet clinic…read moreso you REALLY have to look at their menu of services, determine what you need beforehand and check for promotions, coupons and packages online as I didn't see them posted (would be very helpful) and utilize the hotline to ask questions beforehand so you are ready to order upon arrival. It's 100% on you to do the research. I wouldn't describe it as walk-in. It's first come-serve so the time slots are narrow but getting there early to "register" gets you a general timeframe so you aren't sitting in the parking lot all day with your pets. In retrospect, we could have saved quite a bit of money and gotten more appropriate care for my cats (a lot of questions were left unaddressed) if I was more informed about the packages and general kitten basic questions. We were seemingly not allowed to speak to the Vet directly (?) so there was quite the game of "telephone" back and forth with the 3 (very gracious) vet techs which led to the cats not having their lungs listened to after I had mentioned the cats have been coughing since their last appnt and assured by the vet tech that the Dr, would take a listen which I didn't see happen. So I'm still left wondering if they are healthy and concerned. Would have been nice if the techs were knowledgeable enough to have suggested a test or service on the spot but again, no menu of services and no speaking to the Veterinarian . Don't get me wrong, everyone was LOVELY and respectful and helpful but I wonder if we all could saved time by having a direct conversation with the actual care provider which would have taken all of 30seconds instead of the 10 min of back and forth but maybe this for training purposes. They also refused to test stool samples which I had collected appropriately and been assured by the VIP hotline was a service they offer so that was.. a bummer. We had Dr. Peiper who seemed competent and quick but I noticed Dr. Peiper came out to excitedly greet and speak with EVERY dog owner directly for their appointments (saw this 6 or 7 times) but avoided interacting with us at any point. Hard not to take that personally... I will be investing in top-load carrier since getting them seemed frustrating for staff. If this is your cat's first Vet experience, I would NOT suggest a clinic like this. But as someone who was suddenly surrendered 3 bonded encampment cats due to full shelters, VIP clinic was helpful in getting them vaccinated and dewormed in a timely manner (though not as cost effective as I had hoped all said and done because we weren't aware of the discount packages). * Also wish physical exam was a bit more thorough, didn't see a stethoscope come out or ears and eyes checked.

We recently went away for 20 days and felt very apprehensive about leaving our two little Bijon/Havanese mixes at someones house for that long. After meeting Beth and visiting her home we felt much more at ease. Beth and her husband are extremely friendly and their home is clean and spacious with a nice backyard for the dogs to play in. They watch all types of dogs - big and small. Our boys slept in their bed, played with their baby and fit in like part of the family. She kept them bathed and clean despite the fact that they were lucky enough to be outdoors every day. She administered allergy meds and took great care of them. We LOVED that she sent us emails or texts every day (yes, every day) while we were gone with updates on how our boys were doing. It was so nice to get pictures of them with huge smiles on their faces and see how clean and well treated they were. She loved them like they were her own and to top it all off, her price was significantly better than others. I can not speak more highly of Beth and Big Paw. Their website is very nice and allows for you to create a profile for your pets with a section to list information like vet, medical, emergency contact, breed type, etc. I look at my dogs like they are my children, and I would not steer you wrong, you will be more than happy with Big Paw! THANK YOU BETH!!!!! Our boys miss you!

We have never received clearer explanations from a veterinarian; she explains complex issues thoroughly while also helping to calm our nerves. That combination is invaluable. Dr. Bloomberg's new location is absolutely stunning, and you can immediately see the time, care, and vision that went into creating a true one-stop shop for animal wellness. The same level of thoughtfulness is evident in the staff she has chosen. After chiropractic adjustments from Dr. Paige, our dog feels noticeably better, she moves more easily and has more energy. Dr. Paige has an incredible way with her; she truly gets on her level, and our dog gets visibly excited the moment Dr. Paige enters the room. Our dog also loves Dr. Sayre's acupuncture treatments. She's often impatient to hop on the table and get started, which is honestly very cute. We appreciate that Dr. Sayre is also able to tailor the treatments to any new issues that pop up for our dog. Dr. Sayre is very empathetic and can tell she cares so deeply about the work she is doing. We also recently met Dr. Connor and were so impressed by her wealth of knowledge and thoughtfulness. She took our concerns seriously and even double-checked medication dosages to be sure everything was correct. The front staff are incredibly friendly, empathetic, and helpful, and truly fantastic at what they do. We had never used an "official" house or pet sitter before and when some pretty last minute…read moreThanksgiving week plans started to come to fruition, my first instinct was to call our vet where we typically board our dogs but of course they were booked up (months in advance). I frantically started looking into some other options but as luck would have it, I remembered that my favorite masseuse, Wendy Goldstein, also did house and animal care. I called Wendy immediately and told her the dates we needed, what we needed and serendipitously, she was available for the entire time frame. Wendy made arrangements to come to the house a week before our departure with a contract that laid out everything needed to make our time away as stress free and helpful. We showed her around the house/how things worked (her contract even asked for info on where the water/gas shut off is located, etc.) and introduced her to the dogs. As many of you who have read my reviews in the past know, we have 2 dogs(both rescues) and one of which who has been a tri-pawed for almost 2 years now. Beckett who just turned 9 and who Kevin has had for the past 8 years has always had back and neck issues, but with the running around with only 1 back leg he has started to develop some sciatica issues and had been on an anti-inflammatory and a pain medicine. When we told Wendy about Beckett's back, she felt his spine and said, "she would work on him while we were gone as a spine is a spine". I know Wendy has been instrumental when I have had sciatic flare ups, so I told her to work her magic. We were gone for almost an entire week. I spoke to Wendy only twice during our time away. She let us know Beckett was again jumping on the couch on his own, that she hadn't had to give him any pain medicine and that all in all he seemed to be walking and doing better (I had a feeling she would be magical for him). Holly our 4 1/2 year old(we have had her for 2 1/2 years now) is a little more difficult with new people and Wendy did report it took her a couple of days of us being gone until she was willing to sleep in the bed (she chose to sleep in a dog bed in Kevin's office) instead until she was comfortable. Our mail was taken in, the plants were watered, the sheets and towels were laundered and the bed was remade with the fresh sheets upon our return. The house was as clean as we left it-the dogs were not traumatized like they often are after boarding and neither picked up any new bad habits (like a deeper bark or barking incessantly which happened during their last time boarding the beginning of November). Let me just say that aside from the cost savings of having a dog/house sitter vs. boarding 2 dogs is enormous. To add to this our vet charges an extra $4-5 per day if a medication needs to be administered to a pet while boarding (even if they prescribed it), AND the vet charges a "premium" during peek holiday times. On top of all of this, having what is now considered a Senior Dog who has some physical limitations and a house that needs more tending to than our last house, having someone like Wendy in our lives makes it virtually a no-brainer if/when we have more trips when we can't take the dogs with us. Her prices are more than reasonable, her care of our home and animals was(is) immeasurable. She is also the best masseuse I have ever been to if you are not in the market for a house/animal sitter.
