Strong Coffey Personal Training - I don't normally look this cute, but when I do, there's a fan aimed at me.

Kelly Coffey's Pleasure Principles is the most straightforward, introspective, and useful course I…read morehave ever seen. And I've seen a lot over the past 30 years. As much as I thought I had it together, I had never dealt with my personal demons, chief among them SHAME. Shame caused me to stop putting myself first, to stop paying attention to my body's needs, to stop caring regardless of how I felt. Once I realized that there is nothing wrong with me, I was able to play the PART consistently in my life. It became easy once I stopped fighting it and learned to care for myself and experience deep pleasure. I love Coffey's forgiving yet no BS approach--I needed to hear all of these things in my own language, and she nailed it. I have been using the tools from Pleasure Principles in my life for the last 2+ months, and they have made all the difference. I'm calmer...more focused...less reactive...and most important of all, I'm learning from my experiences--able to analyze, forgive, and move forward. A million thanks--I raise my (decaf) coffee to Strong Coffey! Note: she does have a Klatch option that is a paid monthly subscription to join others with similar situations/goals. Yes, it is more money, but unlike another review I don't feel that it is any kind of bait-and-switch. I felt that the money I spent for Pleasure Principles is fair considering what I got out of it. You are not required to join the Klatch, but she strongly encourages that people get the support they need to make & maintain lifestyle changes.

I've known Kelly Coffey for a while now in various contexts. Her Pleasure Principles online course is a phenomenal and fast way to eradicate the impacts of shame from your life, and just an all around great resource. She's the same as a trainer as she is in every other way that I've encountered her: Brilliant. Creative. Caring. Real. Funny. Effective. Whatever your level of excellence or shortcoming- in fitness or in life - you can show up exactly where and as you are and Coffey will meet you there and help you get to where you want to you, with zero judgement about any of it. Highly recommend!

Our experience as a family was nothing but positive, caring, informative and friendly. I feel they actually loved her. I live 3 hours away, and the staff kept me informed of all her ailments, medication changes and even her funny little anecdotes. She was in a good space, given her disease. At the end (I am crying as I write this) the staff were so supportive, kind and human... yes human, they treated us as they knew exactly how we felt. I am so grateful for first talking to Sandy Dellert, for her assistance and kindness in helping us get mom set up. I am so grateful to the staff ( including the head nurse Cathy who has now moved on to another facility) for making her comfortable though such a terrible disease as Alzheimers. I can not say enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We were there every day (the family). My grandmother always had his clothes folded neatly. After he passed all his belongings were tossed in the shower mixed with his roommates belongings ( they both passed on the same day). I find that a bit odd.. Then we were continuously lied too.. and they were missing some sentimental items that we never got back.. This is taking into consideration the short staff, the constant COVID issues, and lying directly to grieving family members. Overall pretty disgusted ! One of those places people go into and rarely come out. I am from the area and know people who work there.. makes it even worse for example they didn't wash bedding for weeks all piled in the laundry room while waiting to get their equipment fixed .. overall just gross , unsanitary and exactly what happens when big corp is in it to make money instead of taking care of people with some dignity.
