We have had nothing short of amazing, personalized, and caring attention from both Dr. Faye and Teresa Lind, weather routine physicals, an illness, office visit or a few things that quite frankly were more serious. They are absolutely wonderful, as our the nurses, who always call back with guidance the same day, if not within hours of my message. I don't write tons of reviews, but know how frustrating and disheartening. It can be to look for a good GP, haven't gone through that myself eight years ago. Thank heavens we landed at South Hadley adult medicine - I cannot recommend highly enough.

Rude, lacking in any business or professional courtesy they behave like a selfish bully and show zero empathy for patients. In addition to this they are obsessed, yes obsessed, by people using any hygiene product that has the slightest smell or if there is a hint of a cleaning product on your clothes. This includes even mildly scented soap .... The "FRAGRANCE POLICE" will make themselves known to you !!! They say they have allergies, but they could least be pleasant in the way they are telling people. You get warnings!! The whole office has the air of a grade school where punitive language and threats of consequences are acceptable for anything that bothers them. You could have a grave illness but these folks are so self focused that they will get after you for using soap. Suggest get a different job and avoid all human contact. Sad to see someone getting away with this behind the doctors back.

They will never call you with any information. The medical assistants are rude and not at all knowledgeable about their jobs. I had one assistant who told me all about her sex life to make small talk. The doctors would rather give unnecessary drugs instead of doing any work to fix whatever the actual problem is. I was a patient for years and was continually misdiagnosed without any question of whether I could have something different, went to a different doctor ONE TIME and received the correct diagnosis. You can do better than this place.

Ginny delivered our baby girl and I don't think I could have done it without her, she did a fantastic job coaching me through contractions and pushing. After my experience I would never have a baby anywhere else but Holyoke and I wouldn't go anywhere but Midwifery Care of Holyoke for all of my future care and follow up. I would highly recommend this group for anyone looking to have a natural "home birth like" experience in the safety of a Hospital.
