Fortunately, she is ended up in my network :) Adlakha Purnima is trilingual: she speaks Hindi, English, and Spanish! She is an alumnus of Indore University, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College in Indore, India class of '77. I have never had a problem with getting an appointment on the same day I call, and I am never kept in the waiting room for more than fifteen minutes. She is a very professional, and courteous doctor, and she is very good at what she does. If you are in the market for a PCP, and she is in your network I highly recommend her.

No one answers the phone, just voice mail. If you wanted to become a new patient, you apparently have to download a form online or go directly to the office and pick up a form. Dr. Fanti has been my dad's primary care doctor for at least five years and before Dr. Fanti came on to the practice, Dr. Egelhofer was his doctor. They've both been great and so has the entire practice. They are extremely patient with my dad and me, his caretaker, and always get back to us with answers to any questions we have. Dad also appreciates the extra service they have where someone checks in with him via telephone once a month to see how he's doing and then reports to Dr. Fanti. Dad feels very well taken care of and I agree with that assessment. Good folks, great service.

They will never call you with any information. The medical assistants are rude and not at all knowledgeable about their jobs. I had one assistant who told me all about her sex life to make small talk. The doctors would rather give unnecessary drugs instead of doing any work to fix whatever the actual problem is. I was a patient for years and was continually misdiagnosed without any question of whether I could have something different, went to a different doctor ONE TIME and received the correct diagnosis. You can do better than this place.

We have had nothing short of amazing, personalized, and caring attention from both Dr. Faye and Teresa Lind, weather routine physicals, an illness, office visit or a few things that quite frankly were more serious. They are absolutely wonderful, as our the nurses, who always call back with guidance the same day, if not within hours of my message. I don't write tons of reviews, but know how frustrating and disheartening. It can be to look for a good GP, haven't gone through that myself eight years ago.
