We have had nothing short of amazing, personalized, and caring attention from both Dr. Faye and Teresa Lind, weather routine physicals, an illness, office visit or a few things that quite frankly were more serious. They are absolutely wonderful, as our the nurses, who always call back with guidance the same day, if not within hours of my message. I don't write tons of reviews, but know how frustrating and disheartening. It can be to look for a good GP, haven't gone through that myself eight years ago. I'd…read morestruggled with my health since infancy, and never really understood my medical condition until I became a patient at NIM when I was in my 30s. I love NIM and don't know where I'd be without this clinic! It's one of the only allergy clinics in the country that does end-point-titration allergy-therapy, which makes such a big difference in successfully controlling my allergies. (I used to have to fly from Massachusetts to Dallas for end-point titration!) I've suffered in the past with terrible, debilitating autoimmune symptoms, which Dr Lynch--who actually cares, listens and works with me--helped me resolve with natural supplements, dietary adjustments, allergy shots, and minimal medications. The NIM staff is kind and efficient, and I believe it's no accident that there is low staff turnover. Some staff have been there for as long as I've been a patient. I very highly recommend NIM to anyone suffering from chronic health conditions.

No one answers the phone, just voice mail. If you wanted to become a new patient, you apparently have to download a form online or go directly to the office and pick up a form. Dr. Fanti has been my dad's primary care doctor for at least five years and before Dr. Fanti came on to the practice, Dr. Egelhofer was his doctor. They've both been great and so has the entire practice. They are extremely patient with my dad and me, his caretaker, and always get back to us with answers to any questions we have. Dad also appreciates the extra service they have where someone checks in with him via telephone once a month to see how he's doing and then reports to Dr. Fanti. Dad feels very well taken care of and I agree with that assessment. Good folks, great service.

There was a TV and magazines to keep you entertained until you were checked-in. Once they were ready for you, you were transferred to the waiting room inside. There were also magazines in there, as well as a play area for kids. There is a restroom in there, if you were looking for one like I was. I was later taken into a small room where they did my vitals. Once completed, I waited for my doctor in my designated room. The visit was quick and to the point. The doctor was extremely friendly. The one thing that I didn't really like was how thin the walls were, you could honestly hear everything that is going on in the next room. It made me feel a little uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was pleasant. Everyone was nice and helpful.
