Made me feel like they literally did not want to even care for my child which is crazy - I've never felt like that at a doctor's office. Ever. Someone called me back for records and never even offered an apology or any words of reassurance after I asked to delete my child's information and explained how I felt . Literally they don't care. Would never feel comfortable going that office with any child of mine with such terrible uncaring and condescending staff. Found another place that was welcoming for my young child. They also take your all your child's information and " look over it " and then have to "decide " if they want to take your child before they make an appointment which is very insane.

my review is of Dr schweitzer (in this office) my only…read morecomplaint is that she is only there wednesday and friday! she is very smart, caring, and compassionate. she is a great listener, when i talk i feel like she is listening 100% and she never dismisses my questions or ideas. she will send you to a specialist when needed instead of playing guessing games like MANY other doctors i have seen. (example, i came in and said "i read about this diagnosis, and i thought maybe this was connected to these symptoms" even though it is rare and usually affects people twice my age she sent me to the right specialist, i didnt even tell the specialist my ideas, i ended up being right and being diagnosed with it. she was the 4rth doctor i had seen across 2 years regarding my issues, and the only one who got it right! )

I'm treated with respect and compassion during every interaction I have with all the staff at P.S.S. Debbie in the office is awesome, she has stayed later than scheduled to insure I had vital paperwork in time for submission. Dr. Woods is a knowledgeable, compassionate doctor I've seen for over 10 years, he's been an island in a sea of chaos that the medical arena can be to an injured tradesman. I wasn't rushed through my appointment and talked to the doctor (actually she was a nurse practitioner) about my problem for close to an hour. They were able to diagnose my problem correctly when several others couldn't. Excellent service as people, highly recommended. :)

Hello, I am writing…read morethis message because I feel that you have failed me as my Primary Care Provider. I have seen you or your NP, Mr. Abraham Ballah for my current condition with my back pain. The medication prescribed has been helping to get my pain from level 8 to level 5. An x-ray was ordered on the day that I saw Mr. Ballah. No one reached out to me to tell me my results. On 9/9 I left my job in an ambulance to the Emergency Department because of the pain in my back. The ED doctor suggested an MRI to see the Spine Center. The MRI was done on 9/8. However, the MRI was not read by the time of my appointment at the Spine Center with Jason Langlois, PA. on 9/18. It was a wasted appointment. I faxed my paperwork for PLML. You then referred me to the Spine Center to sign off on my PLML paperwork. Upon contacting the Spine Center, I was told that they do not sign off of PLML paperwork. I was also told by the representative that my PCP is supposed to help me with this. I spoke to the Dr. Chen at my appointment at the Spine Center on 10/18 about helping me with the PLML paperwork, and she told me that she has not ever done that. You, Dr. Semaan have basically dusted your hands with my care about my back situation once I saw the Spine Center on 9/18. I have been out of work since 9/9 due to my condition. My financial income has been severely my ability to pay my medical bills and caused a great deal of anxiety as well as bad mental health. I am unable to go back to work until a doctor listens to me. You, Dr. Semaan are my primary doctor. Which means to me that you are the doctor that should be my first PATIENT ADVOCATE! The person that referred you to me has left your care due to your poor bed side manner and lack of care for your patients. I will need to find another provider. They never smile, or make an attempt to assist a patient's when they need to change an appointment for x or y reason. Not sure why they work there. A better and supportive staff should be provided for Dr. Seeman. Her staff does not support her kindness!!
