I know I am in excellent hands with her and I'm very grateful. My only frustration is thrying to reach someone by phone. It is rarely if ever answered, which can delay making appointments and questions being answered.

This place is great! Everyone is nice and helpful. The doctor I had was truly amazing. I had asked…read morehim that I wanted blood work done and he made it happen without disregarding me like the nurse from John P Musante Health Center did (located at 70 Boltwood Walk Amherst, MA). He would explain everything in detail and he would even go over my tests with me and explain the results. I like how there's an in house lab here so you can get your blood work done there. It was easy to make an appt here. A nice little doctors' office!!!

I have not been to this practice but while looking for new PCP came across this on Yelp. I called…read morethe number listed merely to ask if they are part of the Baystate Health System. No one answers the phone, just voice mail. If you wanted to become a new patient, you apparently have to download a form online or go directly to the office and pick up a form. To me, a very odd way to do things. I'll look elsewhere.

Dr. Fanti has been my dad's primary care doctor for at least five years and before Dr. Fanti came on to the practice, Dr. Egelhofer was his doctor. They've both been great and so has the entire practice. They are extremely patient with my dad and me, his caretaker, and always get back to us with answers to any questions we have. Dad also appreciates the extra service they have where someone checks in with him via telephone once a month to see how he's doing and then reports to Dr. Fanti. Dad feels very well taken care of and I agree with that assessment. Good folks, great service.

My entire family has been with South Hadley adult medicine for about seven years, with my husband…read moreand son regularly, seeing Dr. Faye and my daughter and myself seeing Teresa Lind. We have had nothing short of amazing, personalized, and caring attention from both Dr. Faye and Teresa Lind, weather routine physicals, an illness, office visit or a few things that quite frankly were more serious. They are absolutely wonderful, as our the nurses, who always call back with guidance the same day, if not within hours of my message. I don't write tons of reviews, but know how frustrating and disheartening. It can be to look for a good GP, haven't gone through that myself eight years ago. Thank heavens we landed at South Hadley adult medicine - I cannot recommend highly enough.

There was a TV and magazines to keep you entertained until you were checked-in. Once they were ready for you, you were transferred to the waiting room inside. There were also magazines in there, as well as a play area for kids. There is a restroom in there, if you were looking for one like I was. I was later taken into a small room where they did my vitals. Once completed, I waited for my doctor in my designated room. The visit was quick and to the point. The doctor was extremely friendly. The one thing that I didn't really like was how thin the walls were, you could honestly hear everything that is going on in the next room. It made me feel a little uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was pleasant. Everyone was nice and helpful.

After a positive blood test for Lupus, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Demello, a…read morerheumatologist in his Enfield office. His approach was spectacular--first he listened, then he explained. I do not have Lupus. To be sure, sure, sure, he ordered three more blood tests, and they confirmed no Lupus. I am grateful for his holistic approach to me as a person, and to my condition and symptoms. I was also impressed with his office medical assistant, Tina, who was kind, professional and attentive, on a busy day. You will be in good hands with this rheumatologist, who looks at the big picture, but keeps the patient's own feelings and intuitions as an important component of his diagnosis.
