We have had nothing short of amazing, personalized, and caring attention from both Dr. Faye and Teresa Lind, weather routine physicals, an illness, office visit or a few things that quite frankly were more serious. They are absolutely wonderful, as our the nurses, who always call back with guidance the same day, if not within hours of my message. I don't write tons of reviews, but know how frustrating and disheartening. It can be to look for a good GP, haven't gone through that myself eight years ago. Thank heavens we landed at South Hadley adult medicine - I cannot recommend highly enough.

There was a TV and magazines to keep you entertained until you were checked-in. Once they were ready for you, you were transferred to the waiting room inside. There were also magazines in there, as well as a play area for kids. There is a restroom in there, if you were looking for one like I was. I was later taken into a small room where they did my vitals. Once completed, I waited for my doctor in my designated room. The visit was quick and to the point. The doctor was extremely friendly. The one thing that I didn't really like was how thin the walls were, you could honestly hear everything that is going on in the next room. It made me feel a little uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was pleasant. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Everywhere else I called had a six month waiting list. Before I knew it, I had an appointment with a PA at this practice. The office was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. I didn't have to wait a long time for my appointment once I arrived, and the PA that I saw was probably the most thorough healthcare professional I've ever seen. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone.

I have BCBS of Florida- PUC kept billing BCBS of Massachusetts, and kept sending me bills because (they said) my insurance didn't cover it. Only PUC is in network with BCBS of Massachusetts, and PUC is in network with BCBS of Florida, and BCBS of Florida covers me nationwide. I verified this with representatives from BCBS, and verified that I was covered at PUC. I paid PUC the amount BCBS said I owed, and then ask PCU to refill with Florida. They filed again with Massachusetts, and billed me again. I wrote again and asked PUC to file with Florida. They filed again with Massachusetts, and billed me again. I call PUC - they are based in Utah. On the phone, PUC Utah said they would refile with BCBS Florida. But they filed again with Massachusetts and sent me another bill. After 4 bills and a threat to send the bill to a collection agency, I am paying the amount that should be covered by my insurance. Just a warning before you accept any medical treatment from this group, make sure you're willing to pay for yourself - because insurance is not honored if their billing department has to do something super-complicated like find the address for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and change the paperwork that's already in the computer to resend it there.

I had to stop her from leaving to get her to hear my second concern, and she left before getting to anything else on the list that I provided them at intake. She wrote me a prescription for a daily medicine that I've never taken before (a switch from the one I'm currently on) without talking about what I need from the medicine, or why I needed to change, or any other options. I actually didn't even know which she had prescribed until I got the summary sheet at checkout, because she was walking out the door before I was allowed any questions. In case you're worried that this means they're super busy, fear not: I saw only one other person who wasn't an employee the whole time I was there.
