I went to the pro-audio to buy an sm7b,stand, cable and still nobody acknowledged my existence let alone speak to me! The store was not busy either time! If I can't get help making purchases I know I wont get any help if there are problems and I need to return! This store needs customer service help desperately! I came in not 100% site of which product I wanted and he narrowed it down a bit and then pulled out something I hadn't even considered which was even better for my purposes, so outstanding work my good man! There was a good selection of speakers to choose from. Do they have everything? Of course not, nobody does but it is a good selection. They can also get other stuff in from their website too. Guitar center always seems to have a decent price on products. This location isn't as large as Tempe Arizona but they have crammed as much as possible in here and as mentioned the service was great with my guy. All in all this is a good place. This tactic has worked great and we have fun in the process. Admittedly, this has turned into a very expensive undertaking. My husband found Righteous Guitars on YouTube back in 2019. They featured a Mario Martin electric that he just HAD to have! Ever since, I've been dying to get him to the store in person. It seemed that every time we were passing near Roswell, it was the wrong day or time. Yesterday we finally made it! The store has a private, intimate feeling since the front doors are locked. The interior is breathtakingly beautiful and slightly visually overwhelming. I adore the artistic design and look of guitars and basses. This was a feast for the eyes and ears. Top notch service which was attentive and personalized. I lounged in the comfortable gliding chairs while my spouse spent a few hours trying various instruments. He fell in love with a Fender p bass but ultimately opted to wait. I have a feeling he'll be on the phone in a day or two placing an order. We will definitely be returning to Righteous Guitars and keeping an eye on their inventory. If you're a musician or guitar player, this place is a must-visit!
