When I got home that evening, I realized there was one spec in particular that I really needed but was not on the guitar, so I emailed them right away to place the order on hold, even if I had already paid for it. The following morning, I get an email from Brian and he told me he put my order on hold as requested. I checked their website again to find a guitar that suits me better, but sadly didn't quite find the right one. So I asked to cancel the order and within a minute I get an email confirming the cancellation. No hassle, no drama, no problem. I loved that. There was a good selection of speakers to choose from. Do they have everything? Of course not, nobody does but it is a good selection. They can also get other stuff in from their website too. Guitar center always seems to have a decent price on products. This location isn't as large as Tempe Arizona but they have crammed as much as possible in here and as mentioned the service was great with my guy. All in all this is a good place.
