However, she had only worn them inside their store for 20 minutes while trying them on. So apparently you can't try on any shoes there because the store is dirty enough to make them used and void any possible return. Don't buy anything here. The sales team isn't train well enough to help you find shoes that will fit, everything is overpriced and the return policy is horrendous. Safe yourself the time, money, and frustration by never stepping foot in this store. I know I will.

While looking directly at the newly refreshed web page that differed, I attempted to explain further, but INTERRUPTING AGAIN, he said "we open at 10am". This guy needs to be schooled on proper phone etiquette when dealing with customers, much less with other human beings.
