They carry "high end" (lululemon, Vouri, Patagonia, OnClouds, etc) outdoor clothing/shoes/accessories. Everything is reasonably priced and comparative to normal pricing. They ALWAYS have a great sale going upstairs and there's always a couple gems marked down I find on clearance. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is well kept, we will be back!

I picked out a couple of pairs and sat down to wait my turn. The salesperson was helping one person, who was taking his time, speaking with his partner, and testing his shoes. I sat on the bench and watched while she stood around and watched TV glancing my way one-in-a-while. When she did see me (at least I thought she saw me, the ennui was pretty thick) I held up the shoes in the universal signal of 'I'd like to try these on'. Apparently I needed a different universal signal? Even a "I'll try to get someone to help you" would have been nice. Finally I flagged down another salesperson and asked if he could help. He immediately looked at the shoes I had chosen, asked my size and went off to find them. Meanwhile the original salesperson finally looked over and asked "Oh, do you need help?" I admit, I laughed. Mind you, we were only ten feet away and she had to have seen the other person. Now for the good and why I'm giving the store 4 stars. The person who helped me was outstanding and the four stars are really for him. He knew the brands, how they might fit my feet and how to size them. When I realized I needed a size down from one pair, he not only brought that shoe but the new size in the others, just-in-case. This was a huge help as I did need a size down in the others. He was engaging and conversational, AND, managed to help other customers while helping me. His service was outstanding and in the end I felt like I bought just the right boots.

Pizza was very good. Ingredients were fresh and place is cute. Friday nights include music upstairs and we were able to enjoy a talented singer while we enjoyed pizza in the downstairs restaurant. I live in Cali and come to this side of Tullahoma Tn to visit family. First off, I'd like to say…read morethat the selection of items are great in store especially since I'm an outdoors gal who enjoys the great outdoors. But that's it. Each time I purchased something that I had to quickly exchange for better size, I experienced a GIANT hassle (with tags and receipt all intact in a timely matter). For example, I bought a pair of hiking boots on sale but when I came back only two days later to exchange (unused boots wth tags still attached) for a half-size smaller, they did not honor the sale price from the original receipt!!!!! I had to pay the difference for the full amount!!!! That's just wrong AND bad business practice. More recently (May 8, 2025), my elderly mom was with me in store and she paid (in cash) for one pair of sandals as an early bday present to me. I came back only one day later to get a smaller size (again not used and tags still attached) but forgot the receipt in the car where my elderly mom was waiting. After explaining this to the two gals working the cashier, they said I had to have receipt in hand so I ran out to get the receipt in car. After coming back only a minute later, I was ordered by the two same saleswomen who originally said they needed the receipt to go to the end of line where I had to wait again. Patiently waiting, I got to the front of the line worried about my mom and the cashier asked for my credit card and inadvertently charged me! I did not notice bc I thought she was politely doing the exchange while I was rushing to get back outside the store. After flying home and perusing my purchases and checking account online, I only then realized that I was charged twice for one pair of sandals, and stupid me threw away the original paid-in-cash receipt while packing to fly back home. This really sucks bc if they check their sales records for both days, then they will realize I was charged twice for one pair sandals!!!! Each instance I asked for the store manager and/or supervisor, and was told that I was dealing with them. I feel like if I called to ask to get my little bit of money back, they will NOT want to cooperate bc sales are clearly more important to this store franchise than helping customers and dealing fairly with them!

Got the impression that it was Sunday and all the employees were chill and tucked away in the back. Again. Would shop here. Seemed to have everything you need for outdoor gear. At the same time, they DO know their stuff and will steer you towards what you're trying to accomplish. They also sponsor A LOT of youth tournaments and let the kiddos shoot (supervised). I just thought that was pretty cool of them. I went back and Tracy found a bow for my son that is perfect for him for the next 10 years! And he gave me a good deal on it for a returning customer! Selection of equipment is very good, pricing is better than I thought it would be, and the time they take with you shows they care about their customers. Good people to work with.

There are hiking trails and a stocked fishing pond we were welcome to fish -- all that along with peace and quiet - it was a slice of heaven. Located on top of Sand Mountain with abundant wildlife respected at every turn. The owners have gotten this property designated as a Certified Wildlife Habitat. They did indeed stress there were certain rules for guests due to that, but I thought it was great! A little patio out front was ideal to watch the ducks in the lake while we had our morning coffee. We look forward to going back.
