I'd completed their online waiver ahead of time so I didn't have to do anything upon arrival. Downstairs is where the ranges and a small classroom are located. The range guys were also pleasant and professional. There are a couple policies in place that don't make sense to me, but that's a small thing, I suppose. The range is well organized and easy to use. Firearms prices upstairs were pretty much on par with other local places, though there is a decent selection.

When I returned two days later to return an item, that same employee sat behind the "returns" sign and said "how could i possibly help you"? My facial expression prompted her to explain that she's the bank and that i was in the wrong line. Another employee saw the interaction and took my items to return.
