I'd completed their online waiver ahead of time so I didn't have to do anything upon arrival. Downstairs is where the ranges and a small classroom are located. The range guys were also pleasant and professional. There are a couple policies in place that don't make sense to me, but that's a small thing, I suppose. The range is well organized and easy to use. Firearms prices upstairs were pretty much on par with other local places, though there is a decent selection.

When I returned two days later to return an item, that same employee sat behind the "returns" sign and said "how could i possibly help you"? My facial expression prompted her to explain that she's the bank and that i was in the wrong line. Another employee saw the interaction and took my items to return. Neither of us were interested in buying the credit card and that sentiment has not changed since our visit.
