The person (man) who answered the phone was very helpful taking down the item number, color and size of the jacket I was looking for. He found it and placed it behind the customer service counter for me to pick up later in the day. When I arrived I noticed the parking was spacious. The landscaping was clean and well kept. Upon walking into the store it was very neat and the people were very helpful. I was able to locate the jacket to try it on before purchasing it and browsed the store a bit before leaving. The young man at the register was friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed my quick visit, as it was not my first, and will be back for other purchases.

When I returned two days later to return an item, that same employee sat behind the "returns" sign and said "how could i possibly help you"? My facial expression prompted her to explain that she's the bank and that i was in the wrong line. Another employee saw the interaction and took my items to return. I emailed a picture of my check and credit card to the store manager. No response of any kind.

It's a big difference compared to other ranges where all you smell is lead and gunpowder the entire time. The only downside is that they don't provide D‑Lead soap, which is specifically made to remove metal residue from your hands after shooting. That's the only thing I wish they offered. They have plenty of parking. If you have never been there you have to complete a standard form and watch a video on gun safety. The video is about 10-15 minutes long. After that you can pay to use the range. They have a seperate area for rifles and handguns. I was able to get everything I needed there. I spoke to one of the firearms instructor and he provided some good tips for me to shoot better. Everyone was very nice there. In the end I spoke to Melissa. She showed me around and told me about the classes they offered. Once the holidays are over my husband and I plan on coming back to get private instruction hopefully from Melissa. So they decided send the firearm and to keep the magazines that I paid for worth over $500. I offered to pay for them to send the magazines to a gunsmith of their choosing to do the work they declined. They gave me no options and just kept my property.
