After waiting several minutes for someone to help us, we decided to leave. But as we made our way out of the store, my friend saw something else she was interested in. She went to the counter to ask an associate about the return policy. A kind young man named Brandon helped us. He seemed to be newer as he needed the managers assistance with the task of providing a gift receipt. I didn't get the managers name but she wasn't friendly. She didn't seem to be having a good day. When Brandon heard me tell my friend that I was ready to head home due to back pain, he apologized to me. Of course, I wasn't upset that he had to get help and it took a bit longer to leave the store. But, he was incredibly sensitive and thoughtful to even think to apologize in response to my comment to my friend.

First he said they had one box and then he stated they're only available online. I said" How many are available online" and he said "Oh God". I said "You're not telling me anything "sonny" and he hung up. *Addendum Actually, I was calling for Federal ammunition 'not' PRC. A1 Trash was advertising on Ammoseek and stating they had 18 boxes in stock. However, upon calling the belligerent person said "We can order it for you from someone else": 'We don't have any in store'. Then he said you can order it online. 'He said "We have PRC dude". When I questioned him further he became irate and again was belligerent. In fact, we conduct business all the time with numerous retailers and have never heard of A1 Tactical (TRASH). We'll remember these people and advise everyone not to purchase from them. These people are shysters trying to defraud others. Purchase at your 'own risk'.
