Good Glock Dealer! This is my go to store for Glocks and accessories. They have good inventory and knowledgeable staff here. Watch the streamlight specials here too when they have them. Good value on many products and good service too. read more

Employee will blind a person with weapon-mounted light (yes, employee at this business, will flag customers with firearms) on purpose and smirk with this look on their face like do something about it. Then lie and say they didn't do that intentionally or on purpose to their manager when the customer makes a complaint to corporate headquarters. read more

Just ok. Decent supply of product but pricing nothing special. Service was good. Most personal knowledgeable about products.

Normally, I really enjoy this place twice now I've tried to go pick up a holster. Apple Maps as well as their website stated that they would be open the day after the Fourth of July out even said they were open the day of Fourth of July. It's extremely annoying to drive 15+ minutes out of my way twice, especially passing other businesses to support this one I'm not gonna stop supporting them, but I really hope someone gets it together and starts updating their hours properly. read more

I ended up in GT Distributors looking for Glock parts. Eric ended up helping me find everything thing I needed and was knowledgeable with what I was looking and was able to give me a hands on example of the new trigger I purchased on top of installing new trigger system and two sets of suppressor height iron sits one of which I purchased at a different store. I highly suggest doing business with this store. Ask for Eric with all your needs read more

GT Distributors - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Rossville, Georgia

Nicest people you could ask for to help you! The hospitality here is unbeatable. If they don't have what you're looking for in store, they will order it! read more

Declined My Sale Because I called and asked my mom for extra money . Not to mention I'm African American. Said something about straw purchase . Total Bs ! read more

Two great experiences within a month. Extremely knowledgeable staff in regards to anything firearms related. Friendly and make the experience fun and not stressful. They do not oversell you, or push you in any way. Now lets get to selection. They carry all the top brands, and any accessories you could possibly need for your firearms, and most of the time in stock. They even installed a few upgrades on the spot for me! Now that is customer service, and going the extra mile! Outstanding job guys & gals! read more

Heavenly....All you need to gear up. Go see for yourself. Not just a big store, it is a precise and good selection of what you need. Good Job, NRS read more

I'm in here at least once a week picking up items for work and looking at firearms. Always great customer service and good inventory.

Least expensive place in DFW to purchase a Glock. Great, knowledgeable customer service. Quick, painless purchase. They're the only ones in town that I know of who accept the GSSF puchase discount coupons. Every year, they have a "Glocktoberfest" in October when they deeply discount all their stuff. That's MY "Black Friday Sale". 'Murica, baby! read more

Customer service is outstanding. I didn't expect to get the results I did, but they made a judgement call and went well beyond the standards. The people on the floor are helpful without giving you that hovering feeling. If you want to wander around they leave you alone if you ask for help they give you their full attention. Great place huge selection. read more

I ordered 30 round Magpul magazines from GT to be sent to my son in Nebraska. Sounds simple enough, right? But the billing address on my credit card is in California and GT informs me I can't buy 30 round magazines. I say they are going to my son in a state where they're perfectly legal, not me. Makes no difference I'm told. I "might" "possibly" "somehow" do something illegal with them from 1500 miles away. I cancelled the order and doubt I'll use them again. And I have to add it's pretty discouraging when a company you'd think would support the rights of firearms owners makes up such a cocamame policy. read more

Holy shit I love this place!!! Guns, Gear, Ammo, what else could you need. Great customer service and very knowledgable staff. Definitely a fun place. Great LE discounts and they really go above and beyond for all First Responders out there. Stop by and just be prepared to leave with some new gear. read more

Been here three times and all three times service was excellent and super friendly. The interior is clean and well kept. The prices vary however. Some items being a bit expensive while others are much lower than you can find online. For example, Glock magazines are about $13 cheaper than online but Magpul furniture is almost double. GT Distributors will honor GSFF vouchers. I got the Glock 19 Gen 4 for under $440. They will also replace sights for free even if you didn't purchase the sights from them. Sweet! read more

Large selection of police gear. If they don't have it they'll order it for you. Friendly, helpful staff. Good prices. They have their own parking lot. read more

What can I say about this place, Awesome! Great selection of guns and tactical gear. Prices are very reasonable. Knowledgable staff, especially Mike! He is our go to guy. The wait can be long on the weekends and around the holiday season. Don't forget to grab a number if you plan on viewing anything behind the counter. read more

These guys are professional, the man waiting on me was a retired officer. I could not pick up my pistol the day they called because the back ground information couldn't be verified, not GT's fault, but they called me two days later and I picked it up, Excellent Service. The prices are good, all you have to do is compare their prices on the internet and they are very reasonable. read more

Great customer service and the lowest prices in town! Huge selection!!!! A notch above Bass Pro or Cabella's for the professional customers. But, they serve non-professional customers as equally. Not your typical "arrogant" gun store staff. read more

My Favorite store Supplies, Great for Tactical Gear and personal protection, 100% Guaranteed this Store

WOW! Great first impression especially since a back ordered gun arrived just one week later. Lucky me the manufacture sent a large supply. On my second visit (the first to place the order, no down payment needed) I spent extra time shopping and got lots of accessories for the new gun. Friendly and courteous staff. Thorough and efficient check-out and sales process. Mostly catering to the law enforcement/first-responders in the DFW area they do sell to civilians. read more

Great customers service. When I arrived I was quickly acknowledged and asked several questions to determine what I needed. Awesome selection, many options for each item including uniforms. And prices are better than most other firearm stores. read more

Great place and very good prices my gun was back ordered they told me it would take 4 weeks 1 week later I got a call that it arrived. Picked it up and everyone was so helpful. Also my dad took his gun in for a question and they fixed it on the spot with no charge. Will be going back great customer service. read more

This place is best place to go for any first responsibility meet needs. Great service and fair prices.

Went to the store, Saw several fliers on the counter for "Hassle Free Layaway". When I approached the clerk, with the weapon in hand; I was told "We do not have layaway here". Go to Cabela's or Gander Mtn. I will be cheaper and less hassle free. read more

Shady, very poor communication regarding a class 3 transfer. Explained many times over what had happened. Long story is the original seller had tried to steal $4,000 from me for a gun he failed to send to my dealer. After a year and threat of felony threat prosecution the seller sent the weapon as I was leaving for military time. As I was away I looked to this business to find a way to resolve the firearm transfer. Long story is they didn't care and only after paying a hefty fee did they then agree to send to it to another transfer dealer in Texas as opposed to sending it back to the thief in Nevada. I will never conduct business with them ever again. Bottom line is I expected a call and only relieved a voicemail saying they were trying to figure out what I wanted to do and the day I called back they stayed they decided to send it back. Created more problems and almost created another year long ordeal. Very poor management, arrogance and ignorance all wrapped in one package. Very sad considering before this I was spending nearly $5000 a year there and the employees knew me on a first name basis. read more

I think they are the largest Law Enforcement equipment distributor in Texas. Store is easily accessible store and their staff is extremely knowledgeable. Best of all, they have an excellent selection of Maxpedition tactical gear. read more

Very very very slow in processing and buying and ordering guns I ordered a Ruger Percision rifle I was number nine on the list for months later or call back and ask him how many guns of the God in new said 10 but I still have not got my gun I wait a few more months a total of eight months has gone by without no one called me I called him asking where my gun was a proceeded to give me an attitude and said your order had been canceled and I'm going to erase and cancel your account and hung up in my face never do business here again read more

this place is awesome, i fell in love as soon as i walked inside, if you just drive by the location you would never imagine the greatness that is inside, the environment feels so safe, there are always cops purchasing stuff here, yo take a number and they will call it whenever is your turn, very knowledgeable people, ammo is almost always on hand, everytime i've been there they have it, only 100 rounds at a time though, overall it became my favorite gun store....... read more

So glad to find GT Distributors! As a relatively new firearms owner, I was having trouble deciding on the right holsters. Found GT online and decided to go visit their Dallas store. Got some great help from the staff that didn't try to sell me the most expensive version. I actually spent much less than I planned (so of course I supplemented with other stuff). Staff very knowledgeable and patient. Some ammo was cheaper than big box stores. Lots of gun stuff here. Will be back. read more

GT Distributors opened a new store in Jacksonville/Orange Park FL and I wanted to say that the store and team are awesome! I have worked with Dan, Ken, and Jessie and they all treated me more like a friend than a customer. GT Distributors has a great selection of guns, parts, accessories, holsters, and ammunition - at great prices - and this is now my go to store for all my gun related needs. I drive about 30 miles (and pass other gun stores) to go GTD now. read more

I've purchased a firearm and quite a bit of gear here. Friendly, helpful staff. The only negative is typical of a police supply store; poor location. Commercially priced firearms are plentiful, but law enforcement priced stock on popular models can and often do result in long (1.5 months, in my case) waiting lists. read more

I hope you live near them if you shop with them. On-line and customer service is terrible. Not a good enough explanation of the clothes. You'll pay for UPS shipping 2-3 times if the product doesn't meet your needs. Be careful. Call first. Even that may not be helpful. read more

These guys are great. They know their products. They deal with huge numbers of customers.. yet they offer cheap FFL transfers and great customer service. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other competition. I normally only visit the Austin location but due to some FFL transfer issues (from a non related seller). I had to contact the Dallas store. Twice another retailer sold me rifles that were shipped to Dallas store instead of Austin store for FFL transfer by mistake. Both times, the GT Distributors in Dallas agreed to ship and transfer the rifles to the Austin location for me. Both times they did this at NO cost to me. I even asked them to charge me so I could make the seller pay but they refused. They went out of their way at no gain to them. This is true customer service. As for the Austin store, I have had about a dozen trips to the store for purchase and many FFL transfers. They give me the same level of customer service for transfers as for buying their own products.. Even when there is a long line of customers. Excellent service. Great prices. I have a dozen friends that would back this up. Based on their service to me over the phone, I am sure the Dallas location has the same level of competence and great service. They have a customer for life. Happy Shooting! read more
