They have shown me how to check the pump air pressure so I could solve little annoying problems myself but if I needed them...they were there to help. We ended up fracking which we were told was the most expensive route and turned out to be the cheapest part. They fully knew you can only frack at 600 feet and took it to 1200 feet for no reason. All they saw was dollar signs. Very unhappy with this process.

Frank drilled my well about 4 years ago, and he and his family were so great in getting this job…read moredone back then. He knows how to maneuver his drilling rig into tight mountain spaces, is an experienced expert in the field, and just cool to hang with while the well is being drilled. He also advised me on the exact spot to drill, and, yep, hit a great pocket of water like he predicted! My well's been maintenance free all this time, just great, fresh water. And the times I've had questions, Anne always answered them right away, or got back to me with an answer really fast. Would definitely recommend them!

We began our work with Arrow Drilling in June of 2018. They submitted a variance to the State for…read moreus which indicated (commonly-used language in such variances) that Arrow must be the drilling company to construct the well. We had assumed that this meant that they would be the ones drilling the well. Little did we realize! According to our General Contractor, at this point Arrow when "radio silent." They did not return any phone calls for months. Being that we were building in an area with a very limited building window due to the weather, we simply could not wait any longer for them to return calls. We HAD to begin construction, even though we knew this would complicate getting the drill rig to the well location. We FINALLY heard back from Arrow some time in late October or early November. At that time, they informed us that they did not possess the equipment to actually drill the well that they had specced out with the State. This would have been a good thing to know back in June!!! We wasted several months and were coming up on the end of our rental lease, unable to get a C of O on our new house for lack of water. Further, we were left with about 6 weeks notice to try and find a rental in a resort town over Christmas because Arrow misrepresented their drilling capabilities and could not return the phone calls of our General Contractor. The end result was that we were out thousands of dollars having to find a new place to live, had months added to our build, and had to call a LARGE number of other drilling companies (nearly 40) before we were able to find one who was available to drill the well before spring. I cannot express in enough words how frustrated, angry, and disappointed we were with Arrow Drilling! They are a very unprofessional company!
