Reached out to them 3 times via phone and email to get my well pump replaced. No response.

If you need a well in Gilpin County, I recommend these folks. They are great. They get busy so book ahead.

Then I received a call from Neil stating that prior to the appointment we needed to clear the trees at least 20 feet above the well and the width of the well and also remove the well house cover to provide access. We jumped through hoops to accomplish all they asked us to do and then they didn't call or show up. We even provided them pictures of the preparation we had made. We called our tree service on Wed and they were able to come out the next morning and our son recruited six of his friends to help lift the well house cover off. I spoke with Damon Friday before noon to confirm and he said he would have Neil call me and I never heard from him. It is now Monday and no one has contacted us. Leon S.
