We jumped through hoops to accomplish all they asked us to do and then they didn't call or show up. We even provided them pictures of the preparation we had made. We called our tree service on Wed and they were able to come out the next morning and our son recruited six of his friends to help lift the well house cover off. Once it was established that there was adequate water flow, I knew I needed a new pump. Joe stopped by with Ethan to look it over and gave me a bid. Ethan did a great job installing the pump. There was one hiccup as the pump had to be recalibrated to account for a hose/sprinkler connection. I contacted Joe and Ethan came right out to adjust it. 2 years ago, I needed a new well pump for my agricultural well. It was little over 30' deep…read morebefore GeoWater replaced the pump, but they sawed the old casing so violently back & forth, that the well collapsed and is just about 20' deep. I went from never running out of water to getting about 5 gallons every 5 minutes because I now have to wait until the well refills. Henry was the supervisor and initially installed a 10 gallon/minute pump, then had to go down to a 7 gallon/minute pump with an auto shutoff so the pump does burn out. I was charged for the extra pump and extra service calls. Henry ignored my texts. I call the manager and they said they were reviewing the case and then everything dropped. I was overcharged by more than & $800 in labor, an extra pump and a well that is 1/3 less deep. Henry took depth measurements before pulling the casing but then lied, denied and refused to accept that the depth was reduced by 10'. I just came in tonight after spending 30 minutes trying to top off 1 foot in my 100 gallon horse tank. I'm disgusted and want to warn others about the terrible service and lack of ethics of GeoWater,

I…read morehad on old service tag on my equipment from 1996 with Parker Pump Service phone number on it and decided it was worth a shot to give them a call. Henry answered right away and was at my house within the hour. He got the well pump back up and running with a few new parts, so I could at least use the well to water my animals and have water for household needs. He returned the next day to install a new pressure tank and was the most fair on cost of the repair- labor/materials, than any other options we have available in or near the Parker area by a clear margin. Henry has clearly been doing this a long time. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and very efficient with wiring and plumbing the new set up.
