We jumped through hoops to accomplish all they asked us to do and then they didn't call or show up. We even provided them pictures of the preparation we had made. We called our tree service on Wed and they were able to come out the next morning and our son recruited six of his friends to help lift the well house cover off. Geowater made 2 trips with 2 bills totaling +/- $1000. After leaving 2 reports that told me nothing they went silent so I called them and asked what next. I asked Greg why they even bothered to come out in 1st place if it was too far. Isn't this a bait and switch I asked. Greg said "it is what it is". It was obvious they were over their head.
