From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. AJ was the driller who came out to my property, and I was incredibly impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He quickly assessed the site, answered all of my questions, and found water much faster than I ever expected. It was obvious that he has years of experience and truly knows his craft. Watching him work gave me a great deal of confidence that the job was being done correctly. After the well was completed, Dan coordinated the installation of my submersible pump. He made the process easy to understand, communicated clearly, and ensured everything was set up properly. The pump installation crew was equally impressive--friendly, professional, hardworking, and respectful of the property. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. One thing that really stood out throughout the entire project was the communication. Everyone at Black Mountain Drilling was responsive, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. In today's world, finding a company that shows up on time, does exactly what they promise, and provides excellent customer service is becoming rare, and Black Mountain Drilling exceeded my expectations in every regard. I contacted them again in 2022 and was told I was still on the list. As of today 8/6/24 still have not heard from them. I guess they are to busy. I would not recommend this company.

We have been using Sky Country Pump since we moved into our home in the early 80's…read more Whatever water delivery problems we have had ( we have a holding tank for our water) they have always been there as soon as we have needed them and they fix the problem every time.. They have shown me how to check the pump air pressure so I could solve little annoying problems myself but if I needed them...they were there to help. If you ever need a Hero or two... this is the company you need to contact. When we first moved here there were so many new things to learn about ( I was a city girl ) and I always teased I would write a book, " How to survive your first year in the Mountains" well if that book was ever written Sky Country Pump would be listed in the Help section. Trust them....go ahead .. you can !

Winegar Well Service recommended Dawson $16K and hit water at approx 1gal/min with approx depth of 465ft. Concrete sealed well cutting off water supply and offered half off Dawson if drilling through Winegar to Denver $57K. Expressed interest in other service provider and half off offer declined by Winegar. I'm out 16K with useless metal pipe sticking out of property. Left damage, mess at property. Would never recommend Winegar to anyone!

I…read morehad on old service tag on my equipment from 1996 with Parker Pump Service phone number on it and decided it was worth a shot to give them a call. Henry answered right away and was at my house within the hour. He got the well pump back up and running with a few new parts, so I could at least use the well to water my animals and have water for household needs. He returned the next day to install a new pressure tank and was the most fair on cost of the repair- labor/materials, than any other options we have available in or near the Parker area by a clear margin. Henry has clearly been doing this a long time. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and very efficient with wiring and plumbing the new set up. I don't write many reviews but after looking these guys up and not finding any others, which surprised me.. I thought I'd give these guys a great big thumbs up and lead others in the right direction. He is currently working for Kunau on probation having just been let out of prison early this year for serving time on several convictions of RAPING A CHILD! I was one of these children.

Very unhappy about what Kunau charged me for to pump and inspect my septic system. I usually have…read moremy septic pumped by Williams Septic Service who charged me $375 for a full septic pump July of 2021. We just sold our house so my realtor scheduled the inspection and septic pump with Kunua Drilling as they are who they have used in the past for their clients. I allowed him to do so. When they completed the service and presented me with a bill for $1,075 ($400 for inspection and $675 for pumping). I was shocked by the amount. The technician told me they have had to raise prices due to the increase in disposal costs and fuel prices. I expressed my unhappiness with the price but wrote out the check and sent them on their way. Shame on me for not getting a price quote right!? Out of curiosity I called Williams Sceptic Service and asked them for their pricing for the same service. $375 for pumping and $300 for inspection. I would have saved $400 if I would have went with Williams. I am surprised that Kunau Drilling charges nearly 40% more than their competitors. Buyer beware! Shop around for pricing. It could save you hundreds!!!
