From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. AJ was the driller who came out to my property, and I was incredibly impressed with his expertise and knowledge. He quickly assessed the site, answered all of my questions, and found water much faster than I ever expected. It was obvious that he has years of experience and truly knows his craft. Watching him work gave me a great deal of confidence that the job was being done correctly. After the well was completed, Dan coordinated the installation of my submersible pump. He made the process easy to understand, communicated clearly, and ensured everything was set up properly. The pump installation crew was equally impressive--friendly, professional, hardworking, and respectful of the property. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. One thing that really stood out throughout the entire project was the communication. Everyone at Black Mountain Drilling was responsive, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. Winegar Well Service recommended Dawson $16K and hit water at approx 1gal/min with approx depth of 465ft. Concrete sealed well cutting off water supply and offered half off Dawson if drilling through Winegar to Denver $57K. Expressed interest in other service provider and half off offer declined by Winegar. I'm out 16K with useless metal pipe sticking out of property. Left damage, mess at property. Would never recommend Winegar to anyone!

I…read morehad on old service tag on my equipment from 1996 with Parker Pump Service phone number on it and decided it was worth a shot to give them a call. Henry answered right away and was at my house within the hour. He got the well pump back up and running with a few new parts, so I could at least use the well to water my animals and have water for household needs. He returned the next day to install a new pressure tank and was the most fair on cost of the repair- labor/materials, than any other options we have available in or near the Parker area by a clear margin. Henry has clearly been doing this a long time. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and very efficient with wiring and plumbing the new set up. I don't write many reviews but after looking these guys up and not finding any others, which surprised me.. I thought I'd give these guys a great big thumbs up and lead others in the right direction. Do not use this company for home septic issues unless you know exactly what the problem is and do…read morenot need any electrical work done on the system. I asked for someone to come and look at my system since I could not tell if it was working and it looked like my tanks were full. I was told a pump truck was needed so they could see everything. Upon arriving, the truck driver told me good news, no pumping needed. The system was working fine. I told them I also had a problem with the alarm float. They looked into it and said the alarm float was bad and replaced it. They said the float shorted out due to the alarm float being connected to power wrong. I asked them to make the connection and they said they could not since it was in the garage. When I called to dispute the charges I was told they could not rewire the alarm since they are not certified electricians yet they were able to wire the new alarm float outside. For the price I paid, they should have at least rewired the float. The low rating is based on them charging me $455 for less than a one hour visit and only the float being replaced. They charged $100 for the float and these are around $40 so quite a mark up. They also charged me two hours of labor for one hour onsite. They said since they had the pump truck there they charged for two hours. I asked why the truck didn't leave immediately when they knew pumping was not needed and I was told because he collects the money. So, they kept a truck and driver onsite doing nothing and charging me an extra $175 just so he could collect the money. The crew was professional and did a decent job. They could have helped me reduce the fee had they let the pump truck leave one they knew no pumping was needed. If you need any electrical done for your septic do not call them since they are not certified electricians!

Kunau now claims to be out of the business of servicing its work and refuses to back up its work. In the strongest terms, I recommend avoiding Kunau at all costs, that includes Tim Kunau (the owner) and his daughter Larissa, who,now, runs the business. Stay away!!
