I had a plumber arranged to come out first. Not knowing what the issue might be I called Robs service and scheduled him to come out days after the plumber just in case there was a need. Sure enough the plumber diagnosised a septic not a plumbing issue. I called Robs service and they gave me excellent not good customer service. He came out the next day and saw me as a rushed case. Let me tell you when a plumber says your septic is full don't use the toilets or showers or dishwasher or laundry your in some big kind of trouble.. Rob had never serviced my home but because of my situation he made me a priority. Can't tell you how impressed I was. Oh I forgot in my first call to Robs business his wife took it upon herself to not only pull my information on the layout of my septic from the county but called back to ask if she could send me a copy to help my plumber find my clean outs. Come on that's crazy customer service. I hadn't scheduled her service for a few days out there was no rush to do this on her end. But she saw a need that I had no idea I needed. Cause within the first 5 minutes talking with the plumber he was asking me questions I wouldn't of been able to answer as everything is under ground. Only her diagram from the county saved the day and much money out of my pocket with the plumber.. I wish I could give more stars... With mixed reviews decided it would not hurt to give them a call and feel it out for myself. My initial was was with Katie to schedule for service. 2 weeks prior to service date, called and confirmed with Kim the appointment. The day prior received a courtesy call reminder from Kim as well. Spoke to Kim the morning of to verify that the ground wasn't slushy from unusual amount of rains received this season. Greg arrived promptly for the service. He was very professional, helpful and worked diligently to give our system the care it needed, but also treated us as the most important customers ever. This gentleman certainly left a wonderful impression and represented the company very well. Overall, pricing was very reasonable for the service. Scheduling and interaction with Katie and Kim was excellent. Service provided by Greg was top notch. Honeybee gets 5 stars from me because Yelp won't allow me to grade higher.
