Sunday morning and poo is backing up in the house! Not a good start to the day. Called Honeybee and they directed me to their driver Greg that is on call. I used them last about 10 years ago and all went well, so tried them again (should have called sooner - I know). Greg walked me through checking the septic and told me how to unplug it so it worked and we wouldn't need an emergency pump truck to come out. Poo is flowing - I am happy - wife is very happy and I will call in tomorrow for an appointment! This is great customer service ! Thank you! read more

Read the whole whopping two reviews from 4 years and 7 years ago. Asked for local recommendations on social media, which majority were Honeybee. With mixed reviews decided it would not hurt to give them a call and feel it out for myself. My initial was was with Katie to schedule for service. 2 weeks prior to service date, called and confirmed with Kim the appointment. The day prior received a courtesy call reminder from Kim as well. Spoke to Kim the morning of to verify that the ground wasn't slushy from unusual amount of rains received this season. Greg arrived promptly for the service. He was very professional, helpful and worked diligently to give our system the care it needed, but also treated us as the most important customers ever. This gentleman certainly left a wonderful impression and represented the company very well. Overall, pricing was very reasonable for the service. Scheduling and interaction with Katie and Kim was excellent. Service provided by Greg was top notch. Honeybee gets 5 stars from me because Yelp won't allow me to grade higher. read more

Williams Septic to the rescue! See, Kim @ Honeybee Spetic caused an issue by forgetting our appointment, claiming to have never heard our names, address, or having ever spoken to us, even though 'she always answers the phone and would remember' I was told in a huff. Me- "But I remember these very questions you are asking." Kim- 'These are standard questions sir, I would recall your name or address, you didn't call us or talk to me.' We were getting ready to close on a house, and the missed deadline would have screwed the deal. So in a panic, our realtor, my wife and myself start calling the entire septic world trying to get 1 days notice replacement for pump and inspection. Ironically, as soon as I hung up with Williams, Kim @ Honeybee calls back 'We actually found your appointment for Friday...' -Seriously? No thanks Honeybee. What a mess you caused. We've been using Honeybee pumping for nearly 15years. They've pumped our septic every 4 years, and provided inspection services on the purchase or sale of two homes. Be sure to schedule in advance because they are super busy and typically have a 2 week backlog. Their office staff is friendly and helpful finding a time that works for our schedule. What a shame. I used this service to pump my septic a few years ago and was due for another pumping, I called the office and the woman that answered, what a rude cow. She was asking for my address and then when she asked for my phone number, I wasn't sure if she was asking to pull up a previous record and she cut me off and snottily says, 'I need your phone number so I can CALLLLL you.' Like I was handicapped and didn't understand. I hung up on her and called another septic service which treated me like an appreciated customer. I would NOT recommend this company based on the experience I had with this person. Rude people should not deal with customers. read more

I had used honeybee before and so I called them again. I had looked online to see what else was available, only because I had a neighbor who said they had some kind of bad experience. At any rate honeybee was the cheapest and since I never had any trouble I called them. Their price was cheaper. We scheduled the time. They called me back to confirm more precisely what time they would come. The man who came to pump explained several things about septic tanks which was very educational. The whole thing was done within a half hour and I am very happy. No problems whatsoever read more
