Worst company to work with ever!! Teresa was the point of contact. She setup services to a property that we handled and said we did not have to be at the property when the job was to be done. We are a property management company. She said they would call when the job was done and would collect payment once they finished the job because they charge by the gallon. The tech guy gets out to the property, calls and says he cannot start unless someone is out there. I told him what Teresa said, he said he would call her and if she approved him to do the work he would if not he would call me back. He never called so I assumed the job was done but I never received a call for payment. Several days go by no call....so I call them. Teresa assured me that they did the job and an invoice was left in the door. I talked to the tenant and they said there was no invoice. Teresa gave me a balance over the phone of what was due but still did not collect the payment. I asked for a copy of the invoice but never got it. I went out to the property and there was no dirt moved to uncover the septic tank. They were supposed to locate, dig out and pump the tank. No work was ever done. Once I asked for the invoice Teresa stopped returning calls. They knew they did not do the job but tried to collect payment for it. I cannot believe that companies try doing business by cutting corners and not communicating with their clients. BEWARE this company will rip you off if they are given a chance!!! They never answer their phone. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call back. I should have seen that as a red flag. Thankfully they did not get our money, I only hope to help pay it forward...Do not do business with this company read more
