I contacted Black Mountain Drilling August of 2021 to have them install a well. I was told I was on a list and that they would call me. I contacted them again in 2022 and was told I was still on the list. As of today 8/6/24 still have not heard from them. I guess they are to busy. I would not recommend this company. read more

Failed to do a Real Estate well test. When asked about the test they responded with, "The water tasted good". This is the 21st century not the 1800's. It is imperative for a well company to send samples to the state for testing. A new home owner shouldn't have to ask for that. Its your job! read more

I had the Dowser come in that they recommended on Saturday Oct. 27, Black Mountain rolled in Monday the 29th and by Tuesday the 30th I had a well making 15 gpm! Can't ask for more than that! So my well started acting up. Dwindling pressure during showers, then after about two months no water AT ALL!!! A well owners worst fear. They came out the same day (snowy and lousy) and replaced a pump capacitor and got me up and running but said the 16 year old pump was definitely on it's way out. They didn't pressure me at all but I figured I better replace it for peace of mind so they came the next day and did a perfect job at a fair price and gave me a great warranty.
