Concrete sealed well cutting off water supply and offered half off Dawson if drilling through Winegar to Denver $57K. Expressed interest in other service provider and half off offer declined by Winegar. I'm out 16K with useless metal pipe sticking out of property. Left damage, mess at property. Would never recommend Winegar to anyone!

2 years ago, I needed a new well pump for my agricultural well. It was little over 30' deep…read morebefore GeoWater replaced the pump, but they sawed the old casing so violently back & forth, that the well collapsed and is just about 20' deep. I went from never running out of water to getting about 5 gallons every 5 minutes because I now have to wait until the well refills. Henry was the supervisor and initially installed a 10 gallon/minute pump, then had to go down to a 7 gallon/minute pump with an auto shutoff so the pump does burn out. I was charged for the extra pump and extra service calls. Henry ignored my texts. I call the manager and they said they were reviewing the case and then everything dropped. I was overcharged by more than & $800 in labor, an extra pump and a well that is 1/3 less deep. Henry took depth measurements before pulling the casing but then lied, denied and refused to accept that the depth was reduced by 10'. I just came in tonight after spending 30 minutes trying to top off 1 foot in my 100 gallon horse tank. I'm disgusted and want to warn others about the terrible service and lack of ethics of GeoWater,

I was very clear on my timeline expectations and checked in everyday to make sure we were on track (we were not living in the house at the time). Cole assured me everything would be done for the day of us moving our family including two small children into the house. Come day of move and the house is torn apart there is paint everywhere, my kitchen is torn to bits, and there is plastic and paper covering everywhere all my furniture is supposed to go. I frantically have to pull up all the painters tape and paper 20 mins before the movers get there. Cole has zero explanation. The house is covered in dust and paint and I couldn't even move in everything because of his lying about being done. I have two small children and no kitchen to feed them. Not once did he check any of the work his crew was doing. Further he had destroyed my cabinets. In fact his team destroyed the cabinets so much they need to be replaced and there was no argument when I said there is no way I'm paying for this work. I reluctantly paid for the painting of the house even though I marked everywhere that needed clear touch ups and Cole himself only did a few before saying it was done. I asked and he said they have been doing interior paint and cabinets for a year only. As you can see by the pictures my kitchen is a mess- the doors don't shut, they drilled holes for handles in the wrong places, everything is crooked, they totally ignored where I wanted the pulls installed (Cole even admits he went over the placement with his crew but they actively ignored him) and the paint is sloppy with drips, cracks, and blistering. Would not wish this experience on anyone
