I've been texting for weeks trying to get service ahead of time for their special plate offer and they never respond so when it came to the day I needed it, today, I go and the guy refused to give me a reason as to why he doesn't want to and kept trying to say no he cannot make it when there was quite literally no one around that needed to be served. The food is good but the customer service is the worst. The cashier is rude, disrespectful and lacks the professionalism to be in customer service. Hands down good birria tacos! My first going time tacos were nice red, crispy and everything was consistent. FYI THE CONSOME IS SEPARATE is has great flavor. This spot is waaaay better than Birria2go( never going back there). Service was great, fast . They open at 3 and it was already a line. The guac habanero sauce is great!!!! Man , came to this gem to get birria. The oarking is hard but came here get birria tacos. The line was long but not to long of a wait. We got tacos , Ramen, agua fresca . The Ramen was cool but but the tacos were better man the cheese and the sauce is good. There have good combos also i got the ramen , 3 tacos , and drink for 18 dollars. The ramen is not spicy , the tacos are big and juicy the agua was really good cucumber and lemon with some rim dip it was good. Had some bomb birria tacos from here! They're not that expensive either. They have specials every day of the week including $2 tacos. The birria ramen was a bit dry though and overly salty. Wouldn't recommend, unless maybe it was just my batch that came out like that? The drinks were ok too, a little watered down and gotta be careful with the chilli that drips on the sides if taking it to go. It stained all over my car. read more

We have passed this truck a few times on our way to the Harbor and there seems to always have a line, thought of giving it a try someday. We finally did and were a little disappointed, our order was wrong, we wanted to give the birria a try and have a wet burrito of birria, got it made of al pastor, it wasn't wet and our tacos also came out of Al Pastor, we got no birria which was the reason for giving them a try. Their food we got tasted fine but just not what we really wanted. The prices are moderate, a taco plate (3 tacos) is $12 and the burrito was also $12. Although I am not a fan of their birria tacos, I tend to buy just the regular asado tacos. I was just there today and I ordered close to $35 to get home and realize I was missing 1 birria taco and 2 consomes, I called to receive a refund for the items I did not receive and the owner decides to tell me to take my entire order back to receive a refund or to remake my food. In what right mind makes you think I will take an extra 30 minutes to drive back and take back the food that I ordered to EAT because I was hungry. Bad customer service. I used to love coming to this place. The dollar pastor tacos were so affordable and good on fridays. They don't do that anymore, the food is good it really is but if you plan on waiting 45 plus minutes just be prepared unless you get there when they open. One thing that really annoyed me was that I usually have time to wait, but today I was hungry. I decided I was tired of waiting for my food I waited about 45 minutes and there was still 8 orders ahead of me. I requested a refund and they flat out told me they don't do that. Ridiculous to be honest. Food is great but take all those factors into how you want to allocate your time.
