Arrived promptly and was able to help me get back into my car. I had been meaning to get a spare key for some time, and he made one for me very quickly on the spot. Juan was courteous and his prices were fair. The spare works great and I would confidently recommend Juan 100%. The night before I called Juan I had found myself locked out of my car, and with very little money I called a locksmith company that was open 24 hours. The man who answered sounded like he had just opened up, and told me that there was no one available that could assist me. I called a second company and before I could ask for a quota, they told me they were on their way and hung up. I called them back to ask for a quote, and they told me it would be their base fee plus extra service charges. I didn't have enough cash on me so I asked them not to come. He insisted on asking me where I was, and because he sounded foreign, I assumed he couldn't understand my "CANCEL SERVICE! NO SERVICE!" cries over the phone. Needless to say I kept getting calls all night asking for my location, until I called their customer service to tell them to stop the service(had to pay a fee since the guy went towards my location). Absolutely great service. I was in Fontana temporarily and needed keys copied on two separate occasions, and both times I went to Juan. The first because he was located closest to where I was staying; the second because he had been so friendly and quick and accommodating. He met up with me right away after I called him, and all of his equipment was in his truck. I handed him the key I needed copied, and ten seconds later I had three copies. The second time, I had keys that I had tried to get copied elsewhere and that ended up not working. He found the key that was need, which was a different type of key, and they work perfectly.
