No beans and had potatoes

Our order was wrong and wanted to call BUT NO PHONE! What's up with that? Ordered Big Juan; No chorizo, no potatoes, light beans. I got No beans, some potatoes in it and was even charged for salsa. I didn't know they charged for salsa. My husband said extra but only got 2. My husband ordered a Big Juan no beans and his was ok except they didn't add cheese COST TOO MUCH AND WONT GO BACK

1 oz cup of salsa per $12 burrito...when ordering extra salsa.
Clella S.

I have been coming here for years. Love the burritos and salsa, but today is the last time for a while - 12 dollars for a burrito and they were so stingy with the salsa. Asked for extra salsa, got one single 1 oz cup of salsa for 4 burritos and chips/queso. Asked for more salsa and he brought me 3 more 1 oz cups. That's ridiculous. When you charge $12 for a burrito, you can be generous with your salsa. Such a disappointment. Not sure about the quality but will update after we eat. Update: burritos were excellent as always, but the issue with salsa has left a bad taste in my mouth.

My favorite for breakfast! Quick friendly service , clean. I think it's reasonably priced for what you're getting, they do not skimp out on the ingredients.

Best breakfast burrito in Houston!!! Great service, fast and prompt. I'm gonna eat here at least 3x a week! Gigantic breakfast burrito, tortilla is delicious. Would give it 10 stars if possible.

What a wonderful find !! I was looking for a place to have breakfast and drove by and saw Juanderful Burrito. They were busy, a Great sign ! I went in and the place smelled terrific and was very clean. I told them it was my first time to visit And they gave me a free drink. I chose the the BIG Juanderful, which had egg, cheese, chorizo, bacon and potatoes. Wow!!! Very good !! Not only was my burrito good, but I noticed a cross in the corner with Prayer request on it I'll certainly return on my next visit to a League City, you should too!! Go get Full

Not juanderful as advertised. Disasterful burrito is what they should call themselves. Horrible drive through service and significant trace meat in my veggie burrito. The tomatoes taste fermented like they've been sitting on assembly for multiple days

Came by here for the 1st time on Saturday and ordered a couple of breakfast tacos and street tacos. Breakfast tacos were good but the street tacos was not so good. The small container of beans it came with was flavorful and wish they gave you more. The street tacos as you see in the picture was pretty basic- the meat didn't have any flavor. Breakfast tacos were good size and delicious. The sauces it came with was pretty spicy and loved it! Workers were super friendly and efficient. Drive thru only.

How can I contact someone regarding an error in my order? The posted phone is disconnected and no phone number listed on my confirmation email. I was charged for 2 meals and did not receive the items. How can a company not offer a way to be reached!?

Oh no :( how about sending them a Fb message? Hopefully you'll get your refund soon. Good luck!

Great breakfast this morning at Main St Bistro after church. This was our second time here…read more Same friendly service in a very comfortable setting. They had a lot of daily specials to choose from. We both ordered from the brunch menu. I ordered The Alamo. A breakfast bowl Cheesy Hash browns, Bacon, Sausage and Ham covered with Gravy and Three Over Easy Eggs. My wife ordered the Le Bistro. Two Scrambled Eggs, Grits Bacon and an English Muffin. I've been wanting to try Main St. Bistro, so when my sister suggested it for Easter, I was down. We had a party of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids). We got there around 1:00 on Easter Sunday & didn't have to wait long even though it was busy. A man took our drink order. My brother-in-law asked to go ahead & order two appetizers. Our waitress, Natalie, came shortly after, introduced herself & confirmed the appetizers. We were brought 4 small cubes of banana bread, which felt weird since there were 7 of us. My toddler & my niece both had a whole one. The other two were split between 4 adults. My brother-in-law didn't have any. The appetizers came out fairly quickly & were gone just as fast. We finally ordered right at 2:00 after a little wait & indecisiveness. Then my son was done sitting in a highchair. My husband and brother-in-law took the kids outside. They played for a bit & walked two laps around the whole strip center. They came back, still no food. My son had a complete meltdown since he was both hungry & now tired, my brother-in-law asked if there was any way they could just rush my son's food. They did and he started eating, everyone was so hungry that they had some bites of his food as well. My mom went to ask the manager if our food was close to being ready. The answer was no, there was a whole list of orders ahead of ours. The manager was kind enough to bring us some spinach dip & apologized for the wait, explaining she was dreading today because the kitchen wasn't equipped for the Easter crowd. She assured us that they were working as fast as possible & we appreciated her honesty & effort. My mom went to her car & asked us to let her know when her food came. Our food finally started arriving at 3:17, and not all at once. My sister's meal came last. By this time my son was done & was getting restless while we had JUST started eating. The food itself was disappointing. My sister and I both ordered Benedicts. Mine (Boudin Benny) wasn't hot and was mushy instead of seared. Both of our poached eggs were undercooked. My sister's also had a large amount of cream cheese that wasn't listed and didn't taste good. Other issues: my mom's fries were cold, my brother-in-law said his chicken fried steak was no good. He ate it because he was hungry, and while my husband liked his sandwich & was happy with it, his fries were cold. My niece enjoyed her burger. My son's shrimp, fries, & macaroni were all hot and good... likely because they were rushed for him. It was 3:45 by the time we left. They close at 3. We received a 40% discount, but there was also a 20% automatic gratuity added, which some in our party didn't expect. Here's where they earn stars back... Natalie was great! She took great care of us & kept apologizing for the delay. We could tell that she felt bad, but it was not her fault. The manager also came by checking on us multiple times & got us settled as best she could. She brought us spinach dip while we waited & she made sure that my toddler got food very quickly after being asked about it. She did thank us multiple times for our kindness & patience. As did Natalie. I too, was appreciative of the kindness they showed us. Most of us have all worked in food service before & we understand that the wait staff can only do so much. We also understand being slammed in the kitchen & how fast paced they have to work in order to handle rushes. I appreciate the 40% discount... 20% after the tip. This review was based on one trip & I will update my review if/when I return. But this visit was definitely not a great experience & if it weren't for the kindness, I'd be leaving one star.

During our extended patronage, we have watched as the management team has performed well, and some teams haven't. But tonight I watched a young manager (Ridge Mercer...not sure of last name spelling), treat the place like he owned it. He was constantly on the move, and interacting with customers. I employ several hundred young men I another industry, but I've always had eye for talent. And Ridge is a keeper. Destiny our waitress was also very good. It appears the overall local management has had an upgrade.

My family and I ate at Cracker Barrel, 231 Gulf Fwy S, League City, TX 77573 for breakfast…read more While our server was kind and attentive despite the restaurant being extremely busy, the management response to a serious food-safety issue was alarming and unacceptable. I ordered my eggs over easy. They were extremely undercooked and still translucent, but I chose not to complain since that can happen with over-easy eggs. After roughly 45 minutes, my sausage and ham finally arrived. The moment I took a bite of the ham, I immediately noticed the unmistakable smell of rotten meat and stopped eating it. My father confirmed the smell himself. This ham was spoiled before it was cooked and was still served to customers. When we informed the general manager, Jim, he came to our table and stated, "That is the way the ham is supposed to smell." There was no apology, no concern for customer safety, and no attempt to remove the item from service. Instead, he chose to defend it and continue serving it to other guests. This is not a matter of opinion--it is negligence. Serving spoiled meat poses a serious health risk and can cause severe illness or worse, particularly for elderly or vulnerable individuals who may not immediately recognize the smell. Out of genuine concern for public safety, my father warned nearby diners who had ham on their plates. Customers should never be placed in a position where they feel obligated to protect others from unsafe food. At checkout, I again raised the issue with management. Rather than addressing the health concern, the manager defended the GM while employees behind the counter loudly whispered that I was "just looking for free food." That accusation is false and inappropriate. We spent nearly $200 on food and retail items. I only refused to pay for the $6 ham that was clearly rotten. My goal was not a refund--it was acknowledgment of a dangerous issue and an immediate stop to serving unsafe food. Management made a conscious decision to prioritize being "right" and protecting profit over basic human safety. That is deeply disturbing. I have owned and operated restaurants, and this behavior violates fundamental food-safety standards. I have filed a report with the health department and will be following up. This situation could have been resolved immediately with accountability and removal of the product from service. Instead, management chose denial and continued risk to customers. That is not just poor service--it is dangerous.

The chilaquiles plate is just too much chips swimming in salsa but the top of chips aren't even getting much of it! It's just a mess!! Green and red chilaquiles, the green sauce was good, savory and not salty but too overwhelming with so much chips!! The avocado was cut nicely but they didn't even bother to cut the brown/black part! The entire food was just blahhhh, overpriced!!! $57 for chilaquiles, 3 waters, waffle and 1 egg!!! Overpriced and not worth it!! Seems like your alone at restaurant, staff at the back and just come out to bring plates and tell you to order at register. Ambiance chill and nice and music but not worth it! Pretty restaurant but not worth the price of food lacked flavor!!! And the employee pic is because the face of your restaurant is how they treat customers and it wasn't polite at all and not welcoming!!

But she offered to let me try one, and I can easily say that these were the best dolomades I've ever had. She agreed. I have no idea what they do to make these not taste so "sharp" like they usually do, but these were really unbelievable.
