Juanderful is on another level! Before trying Juanderful's chile relleno and carne asada burrito, I was not really a burrito fan. But this? This is not your typical Tex-Mex, bland, sad, flavorless, depressing burrito. You can actually taste the homemade ingredients, cooked with care, experience, and the kind of flavor that reminds you somebody in the kitchen truly knows what they are doing. I decided to try them because they are located right across from the church I pastor, and let me tell you, I will definitely be coming here more often. One detail I absolutely loved was not just the chic decoration or the incredibly clean dining room, but the small cross in the corner where people can write their prayers and nail them to the cross. That is such a beautiful and meaningful touch. I highly recommend this place. Go hungry, and thank me later. read more

This has been one of my favorite breakfast burritos spots for the last 10 years I go atleast once a week...today I got my usual big juanderful burrito and it's insane how tiny the burrito size is, it's like a taco now and mind u it's $10-12$ its ridiculous they keep increasing the price and now they made the burrito half the original size. Not worth the price or waiting in line for 15 minutes to get food. I'm so sad bc this was my favorite burrito place in the league city area read more

I have been coming here for years. Love the burritos and salsa, but today is the last time for a while - 12 dollars for a burrito and they were so stingy with the salsa. Asked for extra salsa, got one single 1 oz cup of salsa for 4 burritos and chips/queso. Asked for more salsa and he brought me 3 more 1 oz cups. That's ridiculous. When you charge $12 for a burrito, you can be generous with your salsa. Such a disappointment. Not sure about the quality but will update after we eat. Update: burritos were excellent as always, but the issue with salsa has left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Wow very simple to the point burrito, but they pack it with flavor. It's tasty and efficient. The staff world like a well oiled machine. Fast service and friendly staff. The inside is Simple. The Tater Tot Rito is something of amazement. If you like salsa, make sure and ask for an extra container of it. The line may be long but the service is fast. The burritos are pretty large, I would expect that most people would only eat one. Juanderdul does have tacos that are smaller for people that are looking for a smaller portion. read more

This is a no way in attack on anyone else, nor place of business. However, I would like to point out that their punctual, the place is clean, all the guys and girls there are kind. I don't think I've ever had to check the bag when I walk out, because everything I'd ordered has always been inside. The burritos are always on point... (that salsa though!) and the portions are perfectly balanced. I'd post an image... but the food's already gone! Good Job! read more

What a wonderful find !! I was looking for a place to have breakfast and drove by and saw Juanderful Burrito. They were busy, a Great sign ! I went in and the place smelled terrific and was very clean. I told them it was my first time to visit And they gave me a free drink. Came by here for the 1st time on Saturday and ordered a couple of breakfast tacos and street tacos. Breakfast tacos were good but the street tacos was not so good. The small container of beans it came with was flavorful and wish they gave you more. The street tacos as you see in the picture was pretty basic- the meat didn't have any flavor. Our last minute decision to drive through and try this place on our way to Galveston was a great idea. We ordered the burrito that has everything in it. Wow! It tasted like we made it at home. The service was friendly and our order was correct. The portion was large enough to share and very flavorful. The coffee was strong and hot. I hate this place. They stopped taking cash last year and I think that is not customer friendly. I don't like using my credit card for 6 bucks! Also they have pretty much stopped putting egg on their burritos. I have attached a pic of burrito I got for my daughter today. It had a minimum of egg! What is point of breakfast burrito with no egg! This even had extra bacon and extra cheese. So picture this burrito without that! Now I guess I have to order extra egg. Ordered through grub hub so I know they get the order ahead before the driver picks it up. I ordered a build your own burrito bowl and it had absolutely nothing that I had ordered in it. And on top of it the pico tasted absolutely disgusting, another thing that I didn't order in my bowl. Between them being stingy with their salsa and added ingredients (that you pay extra for), poor customer service, and making orders wrong I will never give them my money again. read more

Correction: It is not located off of Gulf Fwy S, its off of 518 League City Road right across from a Race Track gas station. I drove pass League City on both sides of the highway about 4 times looking for this place and honestly it wasn't even worth it. What I mean by that is, there burritos aren't even that great. ABSOLUTELY NO SEASONINGS WHAT SO EVER!! The meat in the burrito was so dry, and plain I just wanted to trash the thing, but I didn't because I had paid with a $10 and it was my last one. I was going for the barbacoa burrito, but they had ran out. When the lady told me that I was thinking, "WTF?!, you got this place running like crazy and you guys don't even have any backup barbacoa. I mean, come on Chipotle has more barbacoa then yall." It really made me angry when they ran out and I was just going to leave but I thought maybe I should try something. Another thing that pissed me off was wanting to get the big juan, but the lady told me that they didn't do any substitutions for the change of meat since I cannot eat pork. So, then I told her that I wanted the big juan and she still charged with the lil' juan. So I had ordered the chicken burrito with potatoes, eggs, and cheese. I mean why can't they just create two big juans for the people who CAN eat pork and for the people who CANNOT eat pork. Anyways, the wait was quick, it was a lot of people there. They had their own signature t-shirts which stated, 'Big Juan Burritos'. Had a station for coffee. Nice staff, and very friendly. Parking lot was full. But overall food was nasty, that was the first time I had tasted a bland burrito, besides Freebirds. I guess I will just stick with Chipotle. I don't even eat breakfast, but I thought to try this place and that was the worst idea ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My friend recommended it to me, and I guess he just likes bland food i don't know. I really did EXPECT BETTER!!!! I won't be travelling from South Houston to League City like that again. read more

My toddler & my niece both had a whole one. The other two were split between 4 adults. My brother-in-law didn't have any. The appetizers came out fairly quickly & were gone just as fast. We finally ordered right at 2:00 after a little wait & indecisiveness. Then my son was done sitting in a highchair. My husband and brother-in-law took the kids outside. They played for a bit & walked two laps around the whole strip center. They came back, still no food. My son had a complete meltdown since he was both hungry & now tired, my brother-in-law asked if there was any way they could just rush my son's food. They did and he started eating, everyone was so hungry that they had some bites of his food as well. My mom went to ask the manager if our food was close to being ready. The answer was no, there was a whole list of orders ahead of ours. The manager was kind enough to bring us some spinach dip & apologized for the wait, explaining she was dreading today because the kitchen wasn't equipped for the Easter crowd. She assured us that they were working as fast as possible & we appreciated her honesty & effort. My mom went to her car & asked us to let her know when her food came. Our food finally started arriving at 3:17, and not all at once. My sister's meal came last. By this time my son was done & was getting restless while we had JUST started eating. The food itself was disappointing. My sister and I both ordered Benedicts. Mine (Boudin Benny) wasn't hot and was mushy instead of seared. Both of our poached eggs were undercooked. My sister's also had a large amount of cream cheese that wasn't listed and didn't taste good. Other issues: my mom's fries were cold, my brother-in-law said his chicken fried steak was no good. He ate it because he was hungry, and while my husband liked his sandwich & was happy with it, his fries were cold. My niece enjoyed her burger. My son's shrimp, fries, & macaroni were all hot and good... likely because they were rushed for him. It was 3:45 by the time we left. They close at 3. We received a 40% discount, but there was also a 20% automatic gratuity added, which some in our party didn't expect. Here's where they earn stars back... Natalie was great! She took great care of us & kept apologizing for the delay. We could tell that she felt bad, but it was not her fault. The manager also came by checking on us multiple times & got us settled as best she could. She brought us spinach dip while we waited & she made sure that my toddler got food very quickly after being asked about it. She did thank us multiple times for our kindness & patience. As did Natalie. I too, was appreciative of the kindness they showed us. Most of us have all worked in food service before & we understand that the wait staff can only do so much. We also understand being slammed in the kitchen & how fast paced they have to work in order to handle rushes. I appreciate the 40% discount... 20% after the tip. This review was based on one trip & I will update my review if/when I return. But this visit was definitely not a great experience & if it weren't for the kindness, I'd be leaving one star.

Kelley's is known to fill its guests up (you have to try their breakfast, by the way). Unfortunately, however, the meal was simply underwhelming. The chicken lacked seasoning, and the dressing was absent of any flavor. The sides were the saving grace, if anything. I live near the restaurant's sister branch in La Marque, so I know that there's more to try on the menu if I return.

When I first saw people complaining about how much worse the new chopped bacon is, I thought they were just being overly dramatic. I hate to say it, but they're right. The new bacon is hard. Almost as if it were pre-cooked and/or cooked in a microwave. Definitely doesn't taste fresh, which is disappointing since I've always claimed these were the best breakfast burritos around. I'm not saying I'll never go back, but I'll definitely be trying out La India Bonita and Laredo Taco Company again to weigh my options. Hopefully the owners actually listen to the complaints. read more
