I stopped by Juan Valdez Cafe for a cup of coffee after my flight landed in Miami. The staff was friendly and helpful. Fortunately, the line was not too long and I was in and more importantly out in a short period of time. I really enjoyed this place and I highly recommend a visit when you are in Miami Airport.

At the Miami Airport I have to say that Eliani Alvarez, Yeily Gonzalez and Letty Benavides are very nice people, there customer service is excellent!! They are always happy and with very good actitud. Tengo que decir que Eliani Álvarez, Yeily González y Letty Benavides son personas muy agradables, ¡el servicio al cliente es excelente! Waited in line for a while for coffee and an Italian sandwich, both were excellent. This Colombian coffee is phenomenal, the service is very good and the coffee has aroma and rich flavor. They offer many other items including snacks, soft beverages and much more including ground brand coffee to go! Definitely return for more coffee!!

Great airport option! Located in Terminal D! After going through that crazy long security checkpoint, I was ready for some coffee and a pastry before I boarded my return flight home! They have a great selection here. I was in and out. No long lines here like Starbucks! The employee I interacted with was very friendly! The coffee was tasty. They also offer sandwiches - typical airport prices but what ya gonna do right?! I would stop by here again on my next visit to Miami!

A nice selection of sandwiches for lunch and breakfast, plus hot coffee and bags of beans to buy friends and family. This Juan Valdez coffee is of very high quality; I really enjoy it. I stopped by here late morning on a Tuesday and it was not busy at all.

Not much of a choice when you are about to board an airplane and you decide you want to get a cup of coffee to drink on the airplane other than the coffee they offer you on the airplane. Not the best tasting coffee I've had at an airport but not the worst either. I was a hoping and a praying when I placed my order that the airplane wouldn't leave me as they were boarding. I made it in time, but I often wonder why they don't hire more staff knowing that there are 1,000's of people moving through the airport each, and every day. How many customers have they lost because people just don't want to wait in line, because the cashier is moving at a snails pace?

As soon as you get to Mia make a beeline for the coffee. It's strong but tastes amazing. I still haven't visited the one in north Miami. Cuban coffee with drive thru service, I love it.

This is a perfect little quiet spot in the busy airport ..... I sat in the corner and ate breakfast and people watched.

    Quite tasty looking snacks!

Weak and watery. You'd think in Miami this place could make a decent cup of cappuccino.

Despite the long lines I was able to order and get my drink rather quickly (less than 10min). The line to order is all the way to the right and then you make a u turn and wait out front to pick up your order. If you are getting freshly brewed coffee, the cashier makes it right there and hands it to you. Specialty orders are made up front and you can watch the assembly line making food and drinks. Everyone was in good spirits and Lilian who I assume was the manager/team leader was on point! She was hustling and motivating her staff, quickly pushing out drink orders. Despite this she took the time to update people on the status of their order and even answer a question I had about my order. They had all the usual Starbucks decor and mugs and insulated cups for sale. Overall a pleasant experience on a busy travel day. Hats off to the MIA team!
