They had my car for about 3 months, and from what I was told/what I observed, it wasn't worked on for roughly the first two months, which was extremely frustrating. When I finally got the car back, the workmanship was not acceptable. There were paint defects, panel gap/alignment issues, and the trunk corner still isn't even. The badge was also reinstalled in the wrong location. I also believe the trunk lid should have been replaced, but that was never clearly addressed. The owner tried to tell me my rear turn signal never worked. I gave them the opportunity to correct the problems. Instead of properly fixing the paint, it looked like they painted over an area where the paint had been buffed through, and each time they worked on my car more parts ended up damaged. I brought the car back again and they installed the rear wire harness and adjusted the taillight positioning, but the "resolution" was essentially letting them keep trying, and the car came back worse, not better. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this shop for collision/body work, especially if you care about paint quality, alignment, and careful handling of the vehicle.

I selected another pro, was charged an additional $150.26, and I received another message saying that person did not accept and to choose another pro. I had been charged over $300 and they wanted me choose another pro? The text messages I received from them all say "This is an automated message. Please DO NOT REPLY." Their emails were sent from noreply@pandahub. I was starting to think this was a scam, but I did eventually get in touch with someone, who later refunded me all the money. In the meantime, I went with another company who showed up on time, did a great job, and only asked for payment after I was satisfied with the work. I got the Panda Protector Package while my boyfriend got the Giant Panda Exterior Detail. Both guys did an excellent job on both cars! For the past 3 years, I commuted from Arlington to White Marsh for work. It really took a toll, especially on the interior of my car. They worked their magic and now the interior of my car looks like brand new!! They also did a wonderful job on the exterior of my car! It is shiny and looking very nice!! The tires and rims are also back to looking great again! Overall, I will definitely go to them for another detail in the future and I highly recommend them! :) They arrived really early for the appointment and worked on my car and my boyfriend's car at the same time.
