I managed to limp the car off an exit ramp leading to the Belt Line. Fortunately, I managed to get my car out of the way of other people who were exiting. But, it was clear to me that I needed a tow truck. I have AAA. And I called AAA. But, all it did was to lead me through a series of frustrating prompts to a website that didn't take my information. It kept showing that there was an error of some kind. I tried this five or six times and gave up. Finally, I checked Yelp to see if I could find a nearby towing service. The first business that came up was Road Warrior Roadside Service. I called. Nate answered. And he was there shortly afterwards to take care of everything! Nate took me and my car to an auto repair shop close to my house. I left a key drop for the mechanics there who I know will be working on it soon. It didn't work but he let me know the options, so the following day someone else (I think his boss) tried once more and also arrived with a newly made key copy. I was worried about how much I'd have to pay but he waived the previous night's service and I believe gave me an additional discount on the new key. Pop-a-Lock was very flexible and accommodating to the fact that I was at work during the day, overall took action very quickly given the circumstances, and were just very nice, which made me feel like less of an idiot. Whether or not it was all heightened by desperation, I drove back home and told everyone it was the best customer experience I'd ever had.
