The Gusto Burger was a solid burger overall. It had good flavor and a nice balance of the toppings without anything overpowering the beef. The Sweet Heat Burger was the standout for me. I liked the combination of sweet and spicy, and the heat wasn't overwhelming. It gave the burger a little more flavor and personality compared to a traditional burger. We also tried the tots, and while they were crispy, they were overly salty for my taste. The amount of salt made it difficult to really enjoy the tots, so I'd probably skip them next time. Between the two burgers, I'd personally go with the Sweet Heat. If you like a burger with a little sweet heat and don't want anything too spicy, that's the one I'd recommend trying.

As someone who loves a good smash burger more than a gourmet burger, I couldn't even finish it and felt a lil queasy. And I eat everything. The tater tots felt just as unhealthy and oily. It definitely feels like a place to use burgers to soak up the booze. Perfect if you're in college and when your metabolism can handle anything. If not, I'd recommend skipping it.

The online description did not indicate that the burger would be prepared with this amount of seasoning, nor was there an option provided during ordering to request that the seasoning be removed. When I brought this to the employee's attention, he immediately became defensive and insisted that I should have requested no seasoning, despite that not being presented as an option when I placed my order. I returned to the restaurant to request a refund, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he initiated an argument and began yelling at me to leave. To make matters worse, the initial refund amount he provided was incorrect! After I left the restaurant, he followed me outside to my vehicle and began taking pictures of my license plate. I found this behavior extremely inappropriate and intimidating, particularly after an already hostile confrontation inside the restaurant. I left this establishment feeling extremely uncomfortable, frightened, and concerned for the safety and privacy of myself and my family. No customer should be subjected to yelling, intimidation, or being followed to their vehicle simply because they raised a legitimate concern about their order and requested a refund. To make matters worse, he started obsessively calling and harassing me in the middle of the night! He unlawfully retrieved my number from the ordering database and called from his personal phone.

Grilled Chicken, Veggie Burgers and a Lettuce Burger. I opted for the Lettuce Burger. It was supposed to include an oversized piece of Lettuce but, they just had Shredded Lettuce. My Lettuce Burger was hearty with a lot of Black Pepper. It came with diced Onions, and Pickles. I would recommend Burger Box.
