Have you ever had something so delicious, you just couldn't wait to type up your review? Well here I am about five minutes after devouring my burger from J's typing up this delicious review. I hope to make your taste buds water like mine are at this very moment. Now, I've visited J's before and got the Philly and it was pretty decent, I wasn't overwhelmed but the onion rings were the reason I returned. The onion rings are single handedly the best onion rings I have had in this lifetime and maybe even the next. The sweet crunchy flavor had my soul yearning for bite after scrumptious bite. I literally wanted to hop the counter and ask for the recipe. I am in lust with their onion rings and that is not the fat girl in me talking, I PROMISE! They should rename those babies "Heaven Rings". I'm not exaggerating, this isn't a hyperbole but I'd die if I couldn't enjoy them for as long as possible. Reluctantly moving on, let's talk about my freaking hamburger. My mushroom burger was a god reincarnated. Finally, a place that understands how to properly season their burgers. I was eating that burger so fast, I dang near bit my finger off. The burger was not only seasoned to perfection but it was HUGE and JUICY (somebody get me a bib!). The veggies were crisp and cool, the cheese was melty and ooohy gooey, the mushrooms were buttery and cooked perfectly, and that burger deserves a special award all on it's on! We have been ordering from J's restaurant for years now. They are very consistent with the quality, portion size, and customer service - which is why we keep coming back. I have tried most everything on their menu, and I have only ever been disappointed with the Buffalo chicken sandwich (it's grilled, not fried) Everything else has been delicious, and reasonably priced. read more

This place never fails. The Hamburgers are the best in a 100 mile radius. We ordered a double Cheeseburger and it was DOUBLE! It's hard to believe the line is not out the door for this hamburger. PROs: * Very good, high quality, greasy American burgers. * French fries are made from real potatoes. If you like the fries at Five Guys restaurant, these are just as good. * Large restaurant/sitting lobby. Plenty of space. CONs: * The menu is quite busy. All written in the same general font. Too many burger options. * Soda machine was out of several flavors (at least 2, from what I can remember). * Not sure how long they've been around, but the place can use a little bit of remodeling. Maybe some branding or restaurant theme? * Hey! Something is not right with the ketchup. I am not sure if they refill bottles or they had a bad batch, but my ketchup was super runny. I love J's. The food is cooked to order, fresh and hot. Call in orders make it easy to get in and out. Their employee (Sergio) is very friendly, he knows the menu and he's always willing to help you make a great choice. Absolutely delicious! I got the extreme cheeseburger and it was so cheesy and had so much flavor. My wife got the guacamole burger and it was good, but we both liked the extreme better! The onion rings were perfect! Not too greasy and not too breaded. Unfortunately by the time we got home, the seasoned fries were soggy so we heated them up in the air fryer but they lost all the flavor. Luckily my wife had a few before she reheated them and she said they were the best seasoned fries ever! The chilli cheese fries were a very generous portion but they also had no flavor (without reheating). I think it would be better if they were made the same as the seasoned fries and then the chilli and cheese was added on. Super affordable place with overall great food! read more

I was looking for a small business to get a good burger and this place is great. I've never seen it before. The young man at the counter was really sweet and nice. We ordered 3 different burgers chili cheese fries and onion rings. It was all good and the burgers are huge. I took a picture of my burger in a plate and it almost takes up the entire plate. What a hidden gem this restaurant is! The food is what makes this place so good for lunch or dinner! There are so many choices to pick from that everyone in your group can get what they want. Ooooooo wee! This place is amazing. I'm first time going this place was during the lockdown and I have to say that I have forsaken all other burger places since. Everything here is delicious and tastes freshly made. I branched out once and got a chicken sandwich, it was delicious as well, but the burgers are what keeps me coming back. Do yourself a favor, support small businesses and have one of the BEST burgers you will ever try. read more

Incredible food BUT it's so annoying that I can't order from an app or get in touch with anyone on the phone when I need to call in a burger. Someone needs to reconsider their communications to maximize business! Seems silly to miss sales because you don't have someone manning the phones. I can't always wait 15 minutes and want to call ahead... Please fix this so I can eat more J's!! Keep up the great food though :) read more

I placed an online order for a burger, and when I received it, it was excessively salty. The online description did not indicate that the burger would be prepared with this amount of seasoning, nor was there an option provided during ordering to request that the seasoning be removed. When I brought this to the employee's attention, he immediately became defensive and insisted that I should have requested no seasoning, despite that not being presented as an option when I placed my order. I returned to the restaurant to request a refund, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he initiated an argument and began yelling at me to leave. To make matters worse, the initial refund amount he provided was incorrect! After I left the restaurant, he followed me outside to my vehicle and began taking pictures of my license plate. I found this behavior extremely inappropriate and intimidating, particularly after an already hostile confrontation inside the restaurant. I left this establishment feeling extremely uncomfortable, frightened, and concerned for the safety and privacy of myself and my family. No customer should be subjected to yelling, intimidation, or being followed to their vehicle simply because they raised a legitimate concern about their order and requested a refund. To make matters worse, he started obsessively calling and harassing me in the middle of the night! He unlawfully retrieved my number from the ordering database and called from his personal phone.

I thought they would be uncomfy but they weren't. Burger Box has pics of 1950's cars hanging on their wall. They also have pics of Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe. B.B.has a few healthy options. Grilled Chicken, Veggie Burgers and a Lettuce Burger. I opted for the Lettuce Burger. It was supposed to include an oversized piece of Lettuce but, they just had Shredded Lettuce. My Lettuce Burger was hearty with a lot of Black Pepper. It came with diced Onions, and Pickles. I would recommend Burger Box.
