I highly recommend Blue Frog Plumbing & Drain, and will continue to recommend them to my Real Estate Clients going forward!

One big name company gave me a bid that was 3x more than the Peach Tree bid. The second company was considerably more money also and the third company never got back to me. But what really impressed me about Jonathan was his great communications skills. He quickly gave me a bid after seeing what the project required. When I asked him to revise the bid, he did it within minutes. Once I accepted his bid, we quickly scheduled a date. Then when he knew he would be about an hour late, he texted me to let me know. Jonathan earned 5 Stars in my opinion and I can recommend him without hesitation.

I really don't give bad reviews but this poor communication and poor job really harmed our timeline…read moreon our home sale. Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

When you have a busted head and water is shooting everywhere, you want someone there yesterday, not next Tuesday. The price was reasonable, though, I'll give them that. The technician knew what he was doing and got the head fixed pretty quickly once he arrived. What I appreciated was that he also took the time to adjust my Rachio controller settings without me even asking. That was a nice touch since most irrigation guys fix the immediate problem and bolt. The work itself was solid - no complaints there. The new head is working perfectly and hasn't given me any issues since. It's just that initial response time that knocked them down from what could've been a 4-star experience. Would I call them again? Probably, but I'd plan next time instead of treating it like an emergency. If you're not in a rush and want decent work at a fair price, they'll get the job done.

Water all over the one side of my cabinet, down my walls, pooling into my basement. All the dirty dish water!!! While the technicians themselves were friendly, my overall experience with Summit was disappointing…read more-- particularly given that they had been highly recommended by a neighbor. After the fourth visit and two failed inspections, I asked to speak with the owner. He said he'd show up on the final day and didn't. Not showing up after committing to do so speaks volumes. On multiple occasions, employees attempted to -- or did -- walk through my home beyond where work was being completed with their shoes on. This is a basic courtesy that should not have needed to be addressed. On the final day, an employee complained about the time spent waiting for the inspector to arrive. After five+ weeks of doing exactly that myself, I couldn't help but laugh internally. Most importantly, Summit advertises a "100% Right or 100% Free" guarantee on their website. These are not complicated words -- 100% means 100%, and free means free. There is no secondary meaning to either. When I raised this, I was told it essentially means they will keep trying until the job is done correctly -- which is admirable in theory, but falls well short of what "100% Free" implies when a customer has invested THOUSANDS of dollars. After reading the other reviews, I'm hoping the problem with my AC wasn't just a leak somewhere that could have been fixed for much less. I would strongly encourage potential customers to clarify what that guarantee truly means before signing a contract, and to get everything in writing.
