They acted like they didn't know, THEY ARE THE MECHANICS WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW OR LOOK IT UP, AND IT SAYS "DEXOS" right on the cap on the engine. Then, it supposedly took them 7 minutes to pull all the wrong oil and filter out, when it took nearly 30 minutes previously? Now I have to go somewhere else to get it changed again, because it might ruin the powertrain (basically the entire engine) if they just lied to me and didn't actually change it the 2nd time!!!
