We were quoted $750 for roughly 700 sqft of floor cleaning with a time estimate of 3-4 hours (found out later this price was way too much, that's our fault for not doing as much research due to time constraint). We weren't expecting the floors to look brand new by any means. However, the grout looked almost exactly the same and the job was done within 2 hours. He said to let the grout dry, we waited as he instructed & said to call him if there is any issues.
