They do more than just drizzle Ranch on top that melts off in the end. They spread it across top crust & send you home w/ a side. Chicken is chicken-steak, not actual chicken, but value is so good you have to make some concessions. Cubed tomato and sprinkles of crumbled bacon. Stromboli has heavier bottom, light airy top crust, filled w/ meat & cheese- quality of both not as good as some places but again, a tasty value. Ham is cubed not sliced (can spill out & be a little troublesome). Place is awkward to get to if coming from Douglasville direction. Specials like Lg pizza & Lg Stromboli for $35 is daily & can't be beat. Highly recommend for those cheat days!

I paid and off to the hotel I went to feed my wife. Before we sat down to eat I glanced inside the boxes. To which I stayed to my wife, "I hope you're really hungry". Her Pepperoni Stromboli was massive, I'm talking feeding three adult males massive. Now, my wife's whole point from ordering from Little Sicily was that she wanted a lot of cheese. This Pepperoni Stromboli was loaded to the brim with excessive amounts of mozzarella cheese. Thick amounts of pepperoni stuffed inside of a large pizza dough, which ended up tasting very plain. It was just to much, maybe a blend of Provolone or Provenello would help. My Buffalo Chicken calzone was not far off from the same. While it had Ricotta cheese mixed in with the mozzarella. You could see the chicken but you could not taste chicken or Buffalo sauce. Cheese overload in both! I honestly wished for more Buffalo sauce and maybe some bacon to give it that perfect salty balance it needed.

I arrived at the small shop and was greeted by two friendly ladies. The menu board was simple, and I opted for the Italian hoagie. She explained the difference between hard and soft rolls, and I decided to go with the large one (which I'm glad I did). The hoagie was incredibly delicious! The fresh meats and cheeses were of the highest quality, and there was no skimping on ingredients. I ate half of in the car and the rest when I got home. This small shop far surpassed any chain restaurant I've ever been to, and it's definitely one of the best food experiences I've had.
