Had damage to my vehicle that the owner refused to pay for. He found every reason he could based off video footage that even showed nothing was wrong with my mirror before going through. His worked physically picked my mirror up in the actual wash because it knocked my capping off. Brand new truck! He said there was damage prior except I have footage from across the street before going there that shows opposite. This man was saying a glare on my turnsignal light was damage to the mirror. SMH. Stick with the cheapest wash as others have said. I fell for the $15 "shine & protect" wash, which is the most expensive, top of the line package that supposedly includes rain-x treatment, triple foam wash, an "extreme shine wax," sealer wax, undercarriage, double wheel cleaner, tire dressing, spot free water and an air dry. The car left with spots on the mirrors, the paint didn't look any cleaner and had zero added shine to it, and there was absolutely NO "dressing" on my relatively new tires. At least I didn't notice any water leaks, it is a great test if you just bought a new or new to you vehicle. On top of this, the vacuum area is uncontrolled chaos. It's not clear if you should go here before or after you drive through the wash, and the area is adjacent to wash entrance. So you'll end up departing post-vacuum in what seems the wrong direction (as in hey, I feel like I'm in Britain). The vacuum hoses are also too short to get all of your car, and these hoses are left sitting on the filthy ground, causing you to re-dirty your just washed car if you aren't extremely careful. You'll also track dirt into your vehicle from the wet, dirty, trash strewn asphalt in the vacuum area. If you just want to rinse the salt and surface schmutz off your car and move on with your day: pick the cheapest wash package, secure ANYTHING on the outside of your car, and you may be satisfied here. Maybe their hand wash services are better? Do they have any? Otherwise, try and find someplace else. Unfortunately that seems tough to do around here. Horrible place, total amateurs especially a guy named Danny. DO NOT LET HIM TOUCH YOUR CAR. Asked for an interior detail and external hand wash. He ruined my PPF, detached the tesla logo from the driver door, left the windshield dirty, used the glass cleaner to clean my leather seats in front of me, used a dirty cloth that he used to wipe my mats onto my seat. The external wash was horrible too. I had to point out atleast 4 places that weren't clean. And the best part, had a stupid lie ready for everything. They are lucky im not suing them for damages. Has yet to disappoint me. This is a cloth car wash and does an extremely better job than the "no-touch" washes in the area. The staff seems nice and the prices aren't too bad, a little higher for some of the services but worth it. As with most things these days, you really do get what you pay for. read more

These guys can perform miracles. I took my PT Cruiser for interior detail and I couldn't believe that was my car when they were done. It looked brand new. Mind you the interior was trashed. I bought this car and the people who had it didn't care anything about the inside. I was disgusted to sit in it. There were stain upon dirt upon water stains. The seats were two tone gray but what I could see was brown and black. When these guys were done with it - it was a brand new car. It looked like it came from the dealer. I needed to find a car wash/vacuum/full service for my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander around the Langhorne, PA area and I came across JR Express Car Wash on Google and checked out their website. I was getting off from my job in Philly this morning and I wanted to stop by to get my car washed before my oil change appointment at noon. I called the number and spoke to JR, I asked if I needed an appointment for a full service. He said yes and gave me all the information included in the Full Service Package. He was very helpful, friendly and great phone customer service. He was able to squeeze my car in this morning and I am very grateful. When I showed up, I met JR. He helped me at the kiosk, I paid for the package, went through the all the works (wash, dry, Shine, vacuum, etc). I also met George and Anthony. Very kind, great customer service and professional. George worked on my Outlander. He did an amazing job, interior and exterior. Phenomenal work!! He made sure he took his time and was attentive to every detail. I am mother of a 1 year old, also traveling for work couple times of month so I can never find the time to get my car washed/vacuumed and I'm very happy that I found JR Express Car Wash. I don't know why anyone would get a car wash here when you need to wash your car yourself when you get home anyway. Look at the pictures I've attached. There is pink water residue all over my car!!! If you're looking for a quick, cheap wash that gets your car 95% clean, then Jr's is the right place. I've only ever gotten the basic $5 wash so I can't speak to the quality of the other wash packages, but the $5 one does a pretty good job. My car is still left with dirt in a couple of tough to reach spots and my side mirrors tend to have water spots on them, but those are minor details given the otherwise thorough job for the price. I'll definitely be coming here more often especially during the winter. read more

My car needed a wash and clean and thankfully this location propped right up on my drive. For $5, i got my car clean, both inside and out. Since the free vacuums are right outside. Most car washes charge alot just to clean and then on top of that for the vacuums too. But thankfully here you can do it for just $5. Totally gonna come back when I'm in the area again. read more

This has to be the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I took my car like I do weekly to have it washed and always buy the most expensive wash to get the best results. I drove into the wash and when I came out the car decal that covers my antenna was missing (this I noticed when I got home) I panicked and immediately called the car wash and someone directed JR to call me (which was done the next day) so after letting him know what happened he (JR, owner) checked the cameras and confirmed via email that the damage did happen in the car wash. I let JR know I would email him a quote as he again in email agreed to cover the fin being repaired, but NOT the radio. He is now telling me he will ONLY cover a new part.. but It will cost a lot more for it to be reassembled. I have photos and emails of him admitting it happened in his car wash. But now he is ignoring me (besides one call today, wont email me anymore) and in that call today told me he wont cover it and said the damage did not happen in his car wash.. See the snip-it of his email admitting the part comes off after the dryers. My guess is a brush was defective and it hit my roof too hard and this knocked it off since i've never had any prior damage to that part of my car at all. This will be going to court, since a "business owner" cant even assume responsibility after admitting it was the fault of the car wash in WRITING. ALL I WAS EVER ASKING WAS THAT THEY PAY TO REASSEMBLE THE PIECE THAT COVERS MY ANTENNA SO THERE IS NO RADIO DAMAGE. WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO DO FOR ME! I AM A YOUNG SINGLE MOM, IT IS CHRISTMAS TIME AND MY SON DOES NOT HAVE A FATHER TO EVEN HELP ME WITH ANY OF THIS. If you like paying $5-$15+ for car washes that are exceptionally horrific and leave you having to redo your entire car again when you get home, then this is the place for you! I came here because of all of the rave reviews. And I'm glad I finally checked this place out and got to make my own decision. As the attached pictures show, the drying process was beyond horrible and my car looks like crap. It's not even something I can touch up; I'd have to redo my entire car if I wanted it to look decent. I wouldn't recommend this trash heap of a place for anything. Very poor job and a waste of money - thank goodness I only tried the $5 wash for my first and last time here. Got $12.00 wash which has extra shine and cleans tires. Very nice job! I like how autonomous it is. No sales pitches. You just drive up, select the wash you want on the screen, insert card or cash, there's an attendant to guide you on the track, that's it! I really appreciate the free vacuuming. read more

The car had not been washed in years and it came out better then expected in the long run I think the 15 wash might be over kill but the free vac time and no tipping policy really adds up to savings and if you like the job they do tossing them a few extra bucks will go a long way to keeping this shining example of what a car wash should be open and running smoothly.
